公司允諾的年薪就一定是一年發一次嗎?

我面試上(shang)了青島的一(yi)家企業(ye),簽訂(ding)勞動合同時規定了年薪,但是卻是一(yi)年發一(yi)次,公(gong)司(si)這么做合理嗎?

年薪(xin)是(shi)一(yi)個人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作一(yi)年的總收(shou)入,是(shi)以(yi)年固(gu)定(ding)報酬(chou)額為基數分月發放的勞動報酬(chou),在表(biao)現(xian)形式與(yu)實質上均等同于月薪(xin),只不(bu)過(guo)體(ti)現(xian)著一(yi)種激(ji)勵機制(zhi)。《工(gong)(gong)(gong)資支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)暫(zan)行(xing)(xing)規(gui)定(ding)》規(gui)定(ding),工(gong)(gong)(gong)資必須(xu)在用(yong)人(ren)單位與(yu)勞動者約定(ding)的日期(qi)支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)資至少(shao)每月支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)一(yi)次,實行(xing)(xing)周、日、小(xiao)時工(gong)(gong)(gong)資制(zhi)的可按(an)周、日、小(xiao)時支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資。根(gen)據規(gui)定(ding),不(bu)管公(gong)司采用(yong)的是(shi)哪(na)種工(gong)(gong)(gong)資制(zhi)度必須(xu)要至少(shao)每月支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)一(yi)次或(huo)按(an)周、日、小(xiao)時支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資。
