答 勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)法(fa)第二(er)十條規定了(le)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準:勞動(dong)者(zhe)在(zai)試(shi)用期的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)不(bu)得低(di)于本單(dan)位相同(tong)崗位最低(di)檔工(gong)(gong)資(zi)或者(zhe)勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)約定工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的百分之八十,并不(bu)得低(di)于用人單(dan)位所在(zai)地的最低(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準,很顯然,你所在(zai)公(gong)司的做法(fa)是不(bu)合(he)(he)法(fa)的。
