合同中是怎樣規定試用期的呢?

我前幾天面試上了一家公(gong)司,試用(yong)期三個(ge)月,工資沒有具體規(gui)定,合(he)同中是(shi)怎樣規(gui)定試用(yong)期的?

試用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)包含(han)在(zai)勞(lao)(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限內。勞(lao)(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限三個月以(yi)上不(bu)滿一年(nian)的(de)(de)(de),試用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)得超過一個月;勞(lao)(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限一年(nian)以(yi)上不(bu)滿三年(nian)的(de)(de)(de),試用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)得超過二個月;三年(nian)以(yi)上固(gu)(gu)定(ding)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限和無固(gu)(gu)定(ding)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),試用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)得超過六個月。同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)與同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一勞(lao)(lao)動者只(zhi)能約定(ding)一次試用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。勞(lao)(lao)動者在(zai)試用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)資不(bu)得低(di)于(yu)(yu)本單位(wei)(wei)相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)崗位(wei)(wei)最(zui)(zui)低(di)檔工(gong)資或者勞(lao)(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)約定(ding)工(gong)資的(de)(de)(de)百分之八十(shi),并(bing)不(bu)得低(di)于(yu)(yu)用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)所(suo)在(zai)地的(de)(de)(de)最(zui)(zui)低(di)工(gong)資標準。
