帶薪休假是員工應該享有的福利之一嗎?

答 帶薪年(nian)休假(jia),是指勞(lao)動者(zhe)連續(xu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)一年(nian)以上,就可以享(xiang)受(shou)一定時間的帶薪年(nian)假(jia)。休息(xi)權(quan)(quan)是我(wo)國憲法(fa)規(gui)定的公民權(quan)(quan)利,勞(lao)動者(zhe)應(ying)當平等(deng)享(xiang)有。為了(le)平等(deng)保護各(ge)類職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的休息(xi)休假(jia)權(quan)(quan)利,充分調動廣大職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積極(ji)性(xing),條例對各(ge)類用人單(dan)位實(shi)行廣覆蓋,規(gui)定:機(ji)關、團體(ti)、企業、事業單(dan)位、民辦(ban)非企業單(dan)位、有雇(gu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的個體(ti)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)商(shang)戶等(deng)單(dan)位的職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)連續(xu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)1年(nian)以上的,享(xiang)受(shou)帶薪年(nian)休假(jia)。單(dan)位應(ying)當保證職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)受(shou)年(nian)休假(jia)。
