答(da) 職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)連續工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)滿12個月以(yi)上(shang)的,享(xiang)受(shou)帶(dai)薪年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)。年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)天(tian)數(shu)根據職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)累計工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間(jian)確定,其中(zhong)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)累計工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)已滿1年(nian)(nian)(nian)不(bu)滿10年(nian)(nian)(nian)的,年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)5天(tian);已滿10年(nian)(nian)(nian)不(bu)滿20年(nian)(nian)(nian)的,年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)10天(tian);已滿20年(nian)(nian)(nian)的,年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)15天(tian)。在年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)期間(jian),職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)受(shou)與正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)期間(jian)相同(tong)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)收入。對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應休(xiu)未休(xiu)的年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)天(tian)數(shu),用人單位應當(dang)按(an)照該職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)日工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)收入的300%支付年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)報酬。
