答 職(zhi)工(gong)連續工(gong)作滿(man)(man)12個月以上(shang)的(de),享(xiang)受(shou)帶薪年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假。年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假天(tian)(tian)數根據(ju)職(zhi)工(gong)累(lei)計工(gong)作時間(jian)確(que)定(ding),其中職(zhi)工(gong)累(lei)計工(gong)作已(yi)滿(man)(man)1年(nian)(nian)不(bu)(bu)滿(man)(man)10年(nian)(nian)的(de),年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假5天(tian)(tian);已(yi)滿(man)(man)10年(nian)(nian)不(bu)(bu)滿(man)(man)20年(nian)(nian)的(de),年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假10天(tian)(tian);已(yi)滿(man)(man)20年(nian)(nian)的(de),年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假15天(tian)(tian)。在(zai)年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假期(qi)間(jian),職(zhi)工(gong)享(xiang)受(shou)與正常(chang)工(gong)作期(qi)間(jian)相同的(de)工(gong)資(zi)收入。對(dui)職(zhi)工(gong)應(ying)休(xiu)(xiu)未(wei)休(xiu)(xiu)的(de)年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假天(tian)(tian)數,用(yong)人單位應(ying)當按照該職(zhi)工(gong)日工(gong)資(zi)收入的(de)300%支付年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假工(gong)資(zi)報酬。
