我們單位是(shi)有計(ji)件(jian)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de),想(xiang)知道實行計(ji)件(jian)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de)勞動者如何核算加班(ban)費呢?

根(gen)據《工(gong)資(zi)(zi)支(zhi)付暫行規(gui)定(ding)》第(di)十三條規(gui)定(ding):“實行計(ji)件(jian)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)的勞動(dong)者,在完成計(ji)件(jian)定(ding)額任務后,由用人單位(wei)安排延長工(gong)作(zuo)時間(jian)的,應根(gen)據上述(shu)規(gui)定(ding)的原(yuan)則,分別(bie)按照不低(di)于其本人法(fa)定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)時間(jian)計(ji)件(jian)單價的150%、200%、300%支(zhi)付其工(gong)資(zi)(zi)。
