調換崗位后可以再次約定試用期嗎?

由于公司的快速的發展(zhan),原有的崗(gang)位逐步消失(shi),我被(bei)重新(xin)調整了工作崗(gang)位,請問調換崗(gang)位后可以再次約定(ding)試用期嗎?

試用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期是用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同中協商約(yue)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的考察期,是用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)來檢驗勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)是否符合(he)本單(dan)位(wei)(wei)特定(ding)(ding)(ding)工作崗位(wei)(wei)的制度(du)。但為了防止用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)濫用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)試用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期,《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同法》第十九(jiu)條規定(ding)(ding)(ding):“同一(yi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)與(yu)同一(yi)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)只(zhi)能約(yue)定(ding)(ding)(ding)一(yi)次試用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期。”
