年假如果不休有相應的補償嗎?

我現(xian)在每年有5天(tian)的年假(jia),我想知道,如果這五天(tian)我不休,那么會有相(xiang)應的補償(chang)嗎?

用人單(dan)位經職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)同(tong)(tong)意(yi)不安排年(nian)(nian)(nian)休假(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)或者(zhe)安排職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休假(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)天(tian)(tian)數少于(yu)應(ying)休年(nian)(nian)(nian)休假(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)天(tian)(tian)數,應(ying)當在本(ben)年(nian)(nian)(nian)度內對職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)應(ying)休未休年(nian)(nian)(nian)休假(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)天(tian)(tian)數,按(an)照其日工(gong)資收入(ru)(ru)的(de)(de)300%支(zhi)付(fu)未休年(nian)(nian)(nian)休假(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)資報酬,其中包含用人單(dan)位支(zhi)付(fu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)正常工(gong)作(zuo)期間(jian)的(de)(de)工(gong)資收入(ru)(ru)。用人單(dan)位安排職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)休年(nian)(nian)(nian)休假(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia),但是(shi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)因本(ben)人原因且書面提出不休年(nian)(nian)(nian)休假(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)的(de)(de),用人單(dan)位可以(yi)只支(zhi)付(fu)其正常工(gong)作(zuo)期間(jian)的(de)(de)工(gong)資收入(ru)(ru)。勞動合同(tong)(tong)、集體(ti)合同(tong)(tong)約定的(de)(de)或者(zhe)用人單(dan)位規章制(zhi)度規定的(de)(de)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休假(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)天(tian)(tian)數、未休年(nian)(nian)(nian)休假(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)資報酬高于(yu)法定標準(zhun)的(de)(de),用人單(dan)位應(ying)當按(an)照有關約定或者(zhe)規定執行。
