答 你好。根據我國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)法規定,試(shi)(shi)用期的(de)工(gong)資(zi)也應當按(an)照勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同法的(de)規定支(zhi)付,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同法第二十(shi)條 勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者在(zai)試(shi)(shi)用期的(de)工(gong)資(zi)不(bu)得(de)低于本單位(wei)(wei)相同崗位(wei)(wei)最低檔工(gong)資(zi)或者勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同約定工(gong)資(zi)的(de)百(bai)分(fen)之八十(shi),并不(bu)得(de)低于用人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)所在(zai)地(di)的(de)最低工(gong)資(zi)標準。
