試用期期間可以口頭約定試用期期限嗎?
問 用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)口(kou)頭與(yu)我們約定三個月試用(yong)期,但不簽訂(ding)勞動合同(tong)。試用(yong)合格,就(jiu)簽訂(ding)正式勞動合同(tong),如(ru)果(guo)用(yong)不符合錄(lu)用(yong)條件,就(jiu)解(jie)除勞動關系。可(ke)以這樣嗎?
