試用期期間可以口頭約定試用期期限嗎?
問 用(yong)(yong)人單位口頭與我們約定三(san)個(ge)月試用(yong)(yong)期,但不簽(qian)訂(ding)勞動合(he)同(tong)。試用(yong)(yong)合(he)格,就簽(qian)訂(ding)正式勞動合(he)同(tong),如果用(yong)(yong)不符合(he)錄用(yong)(yong)條(tiao)件,就解除勞動關(guan)系。可以這樣嗎?
