根(gen)據(ju)《勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)法》第十九(jiu)條(tiao)的規定(ding),試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)的上(shang)限根(gen)據(ju)勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限設定(ding):勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限3個(ge)月(yue)以上(shang)不(bu)(bu)(bu)滿(man)3年的,試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)1個(ge)月(yue);勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限1年以上(shang)不(bu)(bu)(bu)滿(man)3年的,試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)2個(ge)月(yue);3年以上(shang)固定(ding)期(qi)(qi)限和無固定(ding)期(qi)(qi)限的勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)(tong),試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)(chao)過(guo)(guo)6個(ge)月(yue)。
