年假不休該怎樣算回工資?

我馬上就要有(you)年假(jia)了(le),現在想咨詢一下,請問年假(jia)不休該怎樣算回工資?

用人(ren)單位經職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)同意不安排休(xiu)年(nian)假(jia)或者(zhe)安排職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)休(xiu)假(jia)時(shi)間(jian)少于應休(xiu)年(nian)假(jia)時(shi)間(jian),應當在本(ben)年(nian)度內對職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應休(xiu)假(jia)時(shi)間(jian),按日工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)收(shou)入(ru)的(de)(de)(de)300%支付未休(xiu)年(nian)假(jia)期間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi),其(qi)(qi)中包(bao)含用人(ren)單位支付職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)正常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作期間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)。用人(ren)單位安排職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)休(xiu)假(jia),但是職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)因本(ben)人(ren)原(yuan)因且書面提出(chu)不休(xiu)假(jia)的(de)(de)(de),用人(ren)單位可以只支付其(qi)(qi)正常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作期間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)。
