年假不休該怎樣算回工資?

我馬(ma)上就(jiu)要(yao)有年(nian)假(jia)了,現在想咨詢一(yi)下,請問年(nian)假(jia)不休該怎(zen)樣(yang)算回工(gong)資?

用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位經職(zhi)工(gong)同意不(bu)安排休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)假(jia)(jia)或者安排職(zhi)工(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)少于應(ying)休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)假(jia)(jia)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian),應(ying)當(dang)在本年(nian)度(du)內對(dui)職(zhi)工(gong)應(ying)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian),按日工(gong)資(zi)收入的(de)300%支付未休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)假(jia)(jia)期(qi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)工(gong)資(zi),其中(zhong)包含(han)用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位支付職(zhi)工(gong)正常(chang)工(gong)作期(qi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)工(gong)資(zi)。用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位安排職(zhi)工(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia),但是職(zhi)工(gong)因本人(ren)原因且書面提出不(bu)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)的(de),用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位可以只支付其正常(chang)工(gong)作期(qi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)工(gong)資(zi)。
