試用期是否包括在勞動合同期限內呢?

答 不(bu)管勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)雙方(fang)當事人訂(ding)立(li)的(de)是一年(nian)期(qi)限的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong),還是三年(nian)、五(wu)年(nian)期(qi)限的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong),如果(guo)約定了試用(yong)(yong)期(qi),勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)期(qi)限的(de)前一段期(qi)限是試用(yong)(yong)期(qi),試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)是包括在整(zheng)個勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)期(qi)限里。不(bu)管試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)之后當然訂(ding)立(li)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)還是不(bu)訂(ding)立(li)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong),都不(bu)允許單獨約定試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)。
