答 根據我國現行勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法(fa)律的相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)規定(ding),試用期(qi)內勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)提供正常勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的,用人單(dan)(dan)位不得支付(fu)低(di)(di)于(yu)當地最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)報酬,其(qi)中(zhong)“最(zui)低(di)(di)標準”是(shi)我國勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法(fa)律對試用期(qi)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準的底線控(kong)制,屬于(yu)法(fa)律強(qiang)制規定(ding)。所以,只是(shi)用人單(dan)(dan)位與勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)協(xie)商達成“零(ling)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)”協(xie)議(yi)并不就是(shi)合法(fa)的,有(you)關(guan)(guan)規定(ding)需參照勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法(fa)。
