答 勞(lao)動合同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)法已經規定(ding)很清楚,同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)用(yong)人單位(wei)對同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)個勞(lao)動者(zhe)只能約定(ding)一(yi)次試用(yong)期,并(bing)沒(mei)有加前置條(tiao)件,也就是(shi)不管是(shi)續(xu)簽、還是(shi)離職(zhi)后又入職(zhi)重新(xin)簽,只要是(shi)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)個人,同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)用(yong)人單位(wei)在法律角度(du)上就不能約定(ding)“第二次”
