首先(xian)職工(gong)(gong)依法享(xiang)受(shou)寒暑假(jia),其休假(jia)天數(shu)多于年(nian)休假(jia)天數(shu)的。其次(ci)職工(gong)(gong)請(qing)事假(jia)累(lei)計(ji)20天以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)且單位按照規定不扣工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的,累(lei)計(ji)工(gong)(gong)作滿1年(nian)不滿10年(nian)的職工(gong)(gong),請(qing)病假(jia)累(lei)計(ji)2個月(yue)(yue)以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的。最后累(lei)計(ji)工(gong)(gong)作滿10年(nian)不滿20年(nian)的職工(gong)(gong),請(qing)病假(jia)累(lei)計(ji)3個月(yue)(yue)以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的,累(lei)計(ji)工(gong)(gong)作滿20年(nian)以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的職工(gong)(gong),請(qing)病假(jia)累(lei)計(ji)4個月(yue)(yue)以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的。
