勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限三個(ge)月(yue)以(yi)上(shang)不(bu)(bu)滿一年的,試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)過一個(ge)月(yue);勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限一年以(yi)上(shang)不(bu)(bu)滿三年的,試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)過二個(ge)月(yue);三年以(yi)上(shang)固(gu)定期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限和無(wu)固(gu)定期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)限的勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong),試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)(bu)得(de)超(chao)過六個(ge)月(yue)。同(tong)(tong)一用(yong)人單位與(yu)同(tong)(tong)一勞動者(zhe)只能約定一次(ci)試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。
