《職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)帶薪年(nian)休(xiu)假條(tiao)例》第五(wu)條(tiao)明確規(gui)定:確因(yin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作需要不能安(an)排(pai)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)休(xiu)年(nian)假的,經(jing)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)本人同意(yi),可以不安(an)排(pai)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)休(xiu)年(nian)假。對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)應休(xiu)未休(xiu)假天數,單位應當按照該職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)日工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)收入的300%支付年(nian)休(xiu)假工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)報酬。
