答 《職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)帶(dai)薪年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)條(tiao)例》第(di)五條(tiao)明確(que)規定:確(que)因工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)需(xu)要不能安排職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)假(jia)(jia)的,經職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)本人同意(yi),可以不安排職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)假(jia)(jia)。對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)休(xiu)(xiu)未休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)天數(shu),單位應(ying)當(dang)按(an)照(zhao)該職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)日工(gong)(gong)(gong)資收入的300%支付年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資報酬(chou)。
