能否隨意約定員工試用期的工資待遇呢?

我(wo)剛剛進入(ru)職場(chang)是個新人(ren)(ren),請問用人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)能否隨(sui)意約(yue)定試用期的工(gong)資待遇(yu)?

《勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)法實施條例》規定:勞動者在試(shi)用期的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)不得(de)低于本單位相同(tong)(tong)(tong)崗(gang)位最(zui)低檔工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)80%或者不得(de)低于勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)約定工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)80%,并不得(de)低于用人單位所在地的(de)(de)最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準。
