根據《勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)法》第十九條規(gui)定(ding)(ding):勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)三(san)個(ge)月(yue)以(yi)上不滿一年(nian)(nian)的,試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不得超過(guo)一個(ge)月(yue);勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)一年(nian)(nian)以(yi)上三(san)年(nian)(nian)以(yi)下(xia)的,試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不得超過(guo)二個(ge)月(yue);三(san)年(nian)(nian)以(yi)上固定(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)和無固定(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)的勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不得超過(guo)六個(ge)月(yue)。據此可以(yi)看出(chu),試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)時(shi)間沒有(you)最(zui)短的規(gui)定(ding)(ding),只有(you)最(zui)長的規(gui)定(ding)(ding),試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)時(shi)間最(zui)長是(shi)六個(ge)月(yue)。
