答(da) 根據《勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)法(fa)》第十九條規(gui)定(ding)(ding):勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)三個(ge)(ge)月(yue)以(yi)上(shang)不(bu)滿一(yi)年的,試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)得超過一(yi)個(ge)(ge)月(yue);勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)一(yi)年以(yi)上(shang)三年以(yi)下的,試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)得超過二個(ge)(ge)月(yue);三年以(yi)上(shang)固定(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)和(he)無(wu)固定(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)限(xian)的勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)得超過六個(ge)(ge)月(yue)。據此(ci)可(ke)以(yi)看出,試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)時間(jian)沒(mei)有最(zui)短的規(gui)定(ding)(ding),只(zhi)有最(zui)長的規(gui)定(ding)(ding),試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期(qi)(qi)時間(jian)最(zui)長是六個(ge)(ge)月(yue)。
