因工作失誤扣多少工資合適啊?
問 最近(jin)在公(gong)司因為工(gong)作失誤給公(gong)司造成了損失,想咨詢一下,因工(gong)作失誤扣多少工(gong)資(zi)合適(shi)啊?
答 根據《工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)支(zhi)付(fu)暫行規(gui)定》第十六條:“因勞(lao)動者本人(ren)原因給(gei)用人(ren)單(dan)位造成經濟損(sun)失(shi)的(de)(de),用人(ren)單(dan)位可(ke)按(an)照(zhao)勞(lao)動合同的(de)(de)約定要求其賠(pei)償經濟損(sun)失(shi)。經濟損(sun)失(shi)的(de)(de)賠(pei)償,可(ke)從勞(lao)動者本人(ren)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)中扣(kou)(kou)除。但每(mei)月(yue)(yue)扣(kou)(kou)除的(de)(de)部(bu)分(fen)不得超過勞(lao)動者當(dang)月(yue)(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de)(de)20%。若扣(kou)(kou)除后的(de)(de)剩余工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)部(bu)分(fen)低(di)于當(dang)地月(yue)(yue)最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準,則按(an)最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準支(zhi)付(fu)。”
