因工作失誤扣多少工資合適啊?

最近在公(gong)司(si)因為工作(zuo)失誤給公(gong)司(si)造成了(le)損失,想(xiang)咨詢一(yi)下,因工作(zuo)失誤扣多少工資合(he)適啊?

答(da) 根據《工(gong)資(zi)(zi)支(zhi)(zhi)付暫行規定》第十六條(tiao):“因勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)本人(ren)(ren)原(yuan)因給用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位造成(cheng)經濟損失(shi)(shi)(shi)的,用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位可按照勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同的約定要(yao)求其賠償經濟損失(shi)(shi)(shi)。經濟損失(shi)(shi)(shi)的賠償,可從勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)本人(ren)(ren)的工(gong)資(zi)(zi)中扣除(chu)(chu)。但每(mei)月(yue)扣除(chu)(chu)的部分(fen)不得(de)超過(guo)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)當月(yue)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)的20%。若扣除(chu)(chu)后(hou)的剩余工(gong)資(zi)(zi)部分(fen)低(di)(di)于(yu)當地月(yue)最低(di)(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準,則按最低(di)(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準支(zhi)(zhi)付。”
