因工作失誤扣多少工資合適啊?

最近在公司因為工(gong)作(zuo)失誤(wu)給(gei)公司造成了損失,想咨詢一下,因工(gong)作(zuo)失誤(wu)扣多少(shao)工(gong)資合適啊?

根據《工(gong)(gong)(gong)資支付暫(zan)行規定》第十(shi)六條(tiao):“因勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)本(ben)人原因給(gei)用人單(dan)位造成經(jing)(jing)濟損(sun)失(shi)的,用人單(dan)位可按照勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同的約(yue)定要求(qiu)其賠償經(jing)(jing)濟損(sun)失(shi)。經(jing)(jing)濟損(sun)失(shi)的賠償,可從勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)本(ben)人的工(gong)(gong)(gong)資中扣除(chu)。但(dan)每月扣除(chu)的部分(fen)不得超(chao)過勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)當(dang)月工(gong)(gong)(gong)資的20%。若扣除(chu)后的剩(sheng)余工(gong)(gong)(gong)資部分(fen)低于當(dang)地(di)月最低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資標準,則按最低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資標準支付。”
