試用期不給工資是合理的嗎?

問(wen) 我是應屆畢業(ye)生,找了一(yi)家(jia)實習單位(wei),單位(wei)說試用期不給工資,我想問一(yi)下,這樣合理嗎?

部分用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)為(wei)了降低(di)(di)人(ren)力成(cheng)本,給畢(bi)業生(sheng)支付低(di)(di)工(gong)資(zi)甚至不支付工(gong)資(zi)。按照勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)法規定,勞動者(zhe)(zhe)在試用期的工(gong)資(zi)不得低(di)(di)于本單(dan)位(wei)(wei)相同(tong)(tong)崗位(wei)(wei)最低(di)(di)檔工(gong)資(zi)或(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)約(yue)定工(gong)資(zi)的百分之(zhi)八十,并(bing)不得低(di)(di)于用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)所(suo)在地的最低(di)(di)工(gong)資(zi)標準。
