答 部(bu)分用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)為(wei)了(le)降低(di)人(ren)力成(cheng)本,給(gei)畢業(ye)生支付低(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)甚至不(bu)支付工(gong)(gong)資(zi)。按照勞動合(he)同(tong)法(fa)規定,勞動者在試用(yong)期的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)不(bu)得(de)(de)低(di)于本單位(wei)相(xiang)同(tong)崗位(wei)最低(di)檔(dang)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)或(huo)者勞動合(he)同(tong)約定工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的百分之八十,并不(bu)得(de)(de)低(di)于用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)所在地(di)的最低(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準。
