年假沒有休完就離職的怎么辦啊?

應(ying)當(dang)(dang)按(an)照(zhao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)當(dang)(dang)年(nian)已工(gong)(gong)作時間折算(suan)應(ying)休(xiu)(xiu)未休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)天數(shu)并(bing)支(zhi)付未休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)工(gong)(gong)資報酬,但折算(suan)后不(bu)(bu)足1整(zheng)天的部(bu)分不(bu)(bu)支(zhi)付未休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)工(gong)(gong)資報酬。 折算(suan)方法(fa)為:(當(dang)(dang)年(nian)度(du)在(zai)本單位已過日歷(li)天數(shu)÷365天)×職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)本人全年(nian)應(ying)當(dang)(dang)享受(shou)的年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)天數(shu)-當(dang)(dang)年(nian)度(du)已安排年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)天數(shu)。
