答 首先在日(ri)標(biao)準(zhun)工(gong)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)間以(yi)外延長工(gong)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)間的,按照(zhao)(zhao)不(bu)低于小時(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)基數(shu)的150%支付加(jia)班工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)。其次在休(xiu)息日(ri)工(gong)作的,應當安排其同(tong)等(deng)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間的補(bu)休(xiu),不(bu)能(neng)安排補(bu)休(xiu)的,按照(zhao)(zhao)不(bu)低于日(ri)或(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)小時(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)基數(shu)的 200%支付加(jia)班工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi);最后(hou)在法定(ding)休(xiu)假日(ri)工(gong)作的,應當按照(zhao)(zhao)不(bu)低于日(ri)或(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)小時(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)基數(shu)的 300%支付加(jia)班工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)。
