答 1.負(fu)責店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)每天維護(hu)(hu)(售前、售中(zhong)、售后)、促銷活(huo)(huo)動(dong)開展落實。因本單位(wei)經營(ying)(ying)網店(dian)(dian)包括(kuo)多(duo)家天貓店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)、淘寶店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)、京東(dong)第三方店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu),以(yi)及京東(dong)自營(ying)(ying)咚(dong)咚(dong)在線(xian)客服(fu)維護(hu)(hu)等(deng)工作(zuo),客服(fu)必須以(yi)符合(he)對(dui)(dui)應平臺(tai)下(xia)店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)管理(li)規則為前提(ti)進行各項店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)維護(hu)(hu)工作(zuo);規避各種可能風險(xian),無論在何種情況下(xia),均以(yi)保(bao)證(zheng)店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)的(de)正常運營(ying)(ying)為前提(ti),嚴格杜(du)絕扣(kou)分,被下(xia)架,閉店(dian)(dian)等(deng)后果; 2.每天訂單處理(li)。達成店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)要求的(de)或者公司對(dui)(dui)產品項規定的(de)銷售規模; 3.有條件(jian)定期輪流(liu)在線(xian)值晚(wan)(wan)班(即家里(li)有自備電腦,可上網,網速滿(man)足工作(zuo)需要),每組客服(fu)輪流(liu)早晚(wan)(wan)班,每月輪換; 4.每天監(jian)控對(dui)(dui)手價(jia)格與(yu)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)信息,提(ti)報給運營(ying)(ying); 5.緊密配合(he)店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)運營(ying)(ying)實施銷售活(huo)(huo)動(dong); 6.完成部門主(zhu)管安排(pai)的(de)其他(ta)相(xiang)關工作(zuo)。
