答(da) 1.負責店(dian)鋪(pu)每天(tian)(tian)維(wei)護(hu)(售(shou)前(qian)、售(shou)中(zhong)、售(shou)后)、促銷(xiao)活(huo)動開展落實。因(yin)本單位(wei)經營(ying)(ying)(ying)網(wang)店(dian)包括(kuo)多家天(tian)(tian)貓店(dian)鋪(pu)、淘寶店(dian)鋪(pu)、京東(dong)第三(san)方店(dian)鋪(pu),以及(ji)京東(dong)自營(ying)(ying)(ying)咚咚在(zai)線(xian)(xian)客服維(wei)護(hu)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)作,客服必(bi)須(xu)以符合對應平臺下店(dian)鋪(pu)管理(li)規(gui)(gui)則為前(qian)提(ti)(ti)進行各(ge)項店(dian)鋪(pu)維(wei)護(hu)工(gong)(gong)作;規(gui)(gui)避各(ge)種可能風險,無論在(zai)何種情(qing)況下,均以保(bao)證店(dian)鋪(pu)的(de)(de)正常(chang)運營(ying)(ying)(ying)為前(qian)提(ti)(ti),嚴格(ge)杜絕扣分,被下架,閉(bi)店(dian)等(deng)后果; 2.每天(tian)(tian)訂單處理(li)。達成店(dian)鋪(pu)要求的(de)(de)或者公司對產品項規(gui)(gui)定的(de)(de)銷(xiao)售(shou)規(gui)(gui)模; 3.有條件定期(qi)輪流在(zai)線(xian)(xian)值晚班(即家里有自備電腦(nao),可上網(wang),網(wang)速(su)滿足工(gong)(gong)作需要),每組客服輪流早晚班,每月輪換(huan); 4.每天(tian)(tian)監(jian)控對手價格(ge)與活(huo)動信息,提(ti)(ti)報給運營(ying)(ying)(ying); 5.緊密配合店(dian)鋪(pu)運營(ying)(ying)(ying)實施(shi)銷(xiao)售(shou)活(huo)動; 6.完成部門(men)主管安排的(de)(de)其他相關工(gong)(gong)作。
