答 1、負責(ze)區域大(da)客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)日常監控(kong)、維護(hu)(hu)工(gong)作,及時處理客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)反饋的(de)異常問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti),監控(kong)客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)運(yun)營動(dong)態,保障客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)運(yun)營; 2、定(ding)(ding)(ding)期對維護(hu)(hu)客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)運(yun)營數據、問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)整(zheng)理輸出相(xiang)關報(bao)(bao)告,完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)定(ding)(ding)(ding)期、特殊事件拜訪,帶回客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)反饋,關注(zhu)客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)及行業的(de)發(fa)展動(dong)向; 3、負責(ze)與區域大(da)客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)建立良(liang)好的(de)客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)情關系,提升(sheng)客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)滿意度(du); 4、負責(ze)整(zheng)理、反饋維護(hu)(hu)客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)并及時通(tong)知相(xiang)關部門進行優化,并跟(gen)進最(zui)終完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)閉環; 5、負責(ze)對接維護(hu)(hu)客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)金額理賠提報(bao)(bao)、審批; 6、負責(ze)維護(hu)(hu)客(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)新(xin)需求的(de)論證、提報(bao)(bao),并跟(gen)進最(zui)終完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)閉環。
