答 1、根據公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)發展(zhan)戰略和人(ren)力資源管(guan)理策略,協(xie)助室負責人(ren)搭建公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)薪(xin)(xin)酬體(ti)系,制定公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)薪(xin)(xin)酬制度(du)、實施辦法、工(gong)作流(liu)程等(deng); 2、根據公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)人(ren)力成本(ben)預(yu)算和實施情況,對(dui)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)人(ren)力成本(ben)數據進行收集與分析,為完善(shan)薪(xin)(xin)酬體(ti)系提供支持; 3、指導、督(du)查(cha)各機構日(ri)常薪(xin)(xin)資管(guan)理工(gong)作; 4、管(guan)理薪(xin)(xin)酬文(wen)檔(dang)檔(dang)案,負責公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)薪(xin)(xin)酬數據維護工(gong)作,按時編制和上報相(xiang)關統計報表; 5、上級交(jiao)辦的(de)其(qi)他工(gong)作。
