14、主(zhu)動(dong)參(can)(can)與實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的各(ge)項護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)科(ke)(ke)研活(huo)動(dong),如(ru)(ru)收集資料、處理(li)(li)(li)(li)數據等(deng)。 15、每個科(ke)(ke)室(shi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)完成后要(yao)認真參(can)(can)加(jia)(jia)科(ke)(ke)室(shi)組(zu)織的出(chu)科(ke)(ke)考試,及(ji)(ji)時(shi)填(tian)寫實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)手(shou)冊,書寫“實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)小結及(ji)(ji)體(ti)會(hui)”,并(bing)交(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)教(jiao)老(lao)師(shi)(shi)審閱簽(qian)字。為(wei)了使(shi)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)部門(men)了解教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)況(kuang),不斷(duan)改進(jin)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue),實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)士(shi)須積極(ji)參(can)(can)加(jia)(jia)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)檢查,并(bing)按要(yao)求如(ru)(ru)實(shi)(shi)(shi)填(tian)寫各(ge)項調(diao)查表。 16、積極(ji)開展文體(ti)活(huo)動(dong),加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)身(shen)體(ti)鍛煉,注(zhu)意清潔衛(wei)生,保持身(shen)體(ti)健(jian)康(kang)。
