答(da) 1、負(fu)責績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)考核(he)(he)體系的建設和完善工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),規范績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)管理(li)各項(xiang)流(liu)程; 2、根據公司(si)戰(zhan)略發展目標(biao),協助制定(ding)部(bu)門的績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)指(zhi)標(biao),并(bing)分(fen)解到崗(gang)位績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)指(zhi)標(biao); 3、按(an)時組織各部(bu)門進行(xing)(xing)(xing)績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)考核(he)(he),并(bing)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)指(zhi)導與監督(du)對考核(he)(he)結(jie)果進行(xing)(xing)(xing)分(fen)析、整(zheng)理(li); 4、根據各部(bu)門員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)月(yue)度(du)績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)、考勤等(deng)數(shu)據核(he)(he)算(suan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資,統計月(yue)度(du)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資總額后(hou)轉呈財務(wu)審(shen)核(he)(he),并(bing)監督(du)財務(wu)定(ding)期(qi)發放工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資; 5、參與員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)反饋,解答員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)關于績(ji)(ji)(ji)效(xiao)制度(du)等(deng)相關問題的咨詢提出(chu)建議; 6、負(fu)責收集政府(fu)部(bu)門及同行(xing)(xing)(xing)人事薪酬管理(li)方(fang)面(mian)的信息工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)市(shi)場薪資調查,對公司(si)職級和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資結(jie)構提出(chu)調整(zheng)方(fang)案等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。
