答 崗位職責: 1、公(gong)(gong)司(si)人工(gong)成本、行政費用(yong)的預算與管(guan)理; 2、制度流程建(jian)(jian)設、各(ge)類會議活(huo)動組(zu)織(zhi)、辦公(gong)(gong)環境管(guan)理、公(gong)(gong)司(si)各(ge)類采購統籌、固定(ding)(ding)資(zi)(zi)產及車輛管(guan)理、公(gong)(gong)司(si)倉儲及禮品(pin)庫(ku)管(guan)理; 3、行政管(guan)理體系搭(da)建(jian)(jian)、辦公(gong)(gong)區域租賃裝修、行政采購體系搭(da)建(jian)(jian)維護、大型年會及重要(yao)活(huo)動組(zu)織(zhi); 4、采購、管(guan)理公(gong)(gong)司(si)固定(ding)(ding)資(zi)(zi)產與低值易(yi)耗品(pin)(非辦公(gong)(gong)用(yong)品(pin)和日常用(yong)品(pin)); 5、負責固定(ding)(ding)資(zi)(zi)產臺賬審(shen)核、組(zu)織(zhi)固定(ding)(ding)資(zi)(zi)產盤點工(gong)作。
