1.Work with local management team to understand the key business drivers in order to identify issues and interpret these into HR support requirements, scoping and defining tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of the business;
2.Develop and implement appropriate resource models in local market and attraction and selection processes, ensuring the qualified people are recruited in a cost effective, efficient and timely manner to meet the talent needs of the plant;
3.Continually monitor and review HR systems, policies and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements where appropriate and compliance to regulatory requirements, whilst ensuring effective and efficient communication of changes to all relevant parties;
4.Administer compensation programs, market benchmark for competitiveness utilizing local data sources or with guidance from regional management.
5.Monitor performance evaluation process, guide and motivate employees to develop potentials and improve work efficiency and effectiveness;
6.Work out annual training plan of the company, and make it happen;
7.Customer audit to HZPM support on HR part.
8.Cultivate and maintain employee relations and effective means of communication channels;
9.Develop professional working relationships with local managers and supervisors, HR professionals and external communities;
10.Prepare and be held accountable for department annual budget;
11.HRIS administration and site HR BBSC data maintain and update.
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human resources or other related fields;
2. 5 years + experiences in HR function in multinational company;
3. Good command of English both in verbal and written;
4. Office automation and powerpoint;
5. Good interpersonal skills, time management skills, change management skills in a matrix organization (meaning reporting to local site and function head)
6. Strong knowledge in China Labor Law and regulations
