1. Design and develop new products and product modifications to satisfy customer demands by collecting and analyzing product and engineering data, generating finite element computer models, providing instructions, and coordinating the building of prototypes writing specs for manufacture of new designs or redesigns, and specifying critical dimension tolerances.
2. Ensure accurate ｃreate SAP BOM and master data of product.
3. Create 3D and 2D drawings for existing products according to corporation new standards. Manage and distribute released drawings to related departments.
4. Manage product engineering programs involving product designs and modifications to meet customer requirements.
5. Support sales process through RFQ with good lead time and accuracy through AccuLaunch system.
6. In charge of contract review and support SCMs of technical communication.
1. BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, MS degree preferred.
2. More than 5 year working experience in construction equipment or commercial vehicle industry.
3. Be familiar with engineering principles and theories, product testing procedures, and manufacturing processes.
4. Working knowledge of metal working techniques.
5. Sound knowledge of and experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, Catia V5 preferred.
6. Good project management skills to manage and coordinate extensive internal and external project resources.
7. Working knowledge of FEMA, APQP, PPAP, SPC etc. quality tools.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
9. Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility.
10. Good English skills in writing and speaking.
