1. Develop and document manufacturing process specifications.
2. Prepare capital expenditure appropriation requests including engineering analysis of project justification.
3. Manage engineering projects from the specification development, quotation, design, debug, and production startup phases of projects.
4. Propose, develop, and implement manufacturing process improvements by equipment redesign, tooling redesign, or process changes.
5. Provide technical assistance to operating plants that enable resolution of manufacturing and process engineering problems and assist with the development of plans to meet current and future manufacturing needs.
6. Research, develop, propose, and implement the application of new manufacturing technologies to drive the continuous improvement of current operations and support future corporate-wide strategic manufacturing capability objectives.
College degree in engineering engineering technology.
Five (5) years engineering work experience.
Strong analytical computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft software applications CAD.
Ability to organize manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with QMS standards（IATF16949：2016）
Good interpersonal communication skills (both written verbal) are required when dealing with both internal external customers.
