1、Assist regional market CI lead and plant management team to develop annual plant continuous improvement plan and set proper targets to contribute to plant business goals. Deploy continuous improvement plan to shop floor and apply PDCA management culture in the process.

2、Deliver basic lean & sigma training to all employees to promote CI culture.
為所有員工提供基本的精益和西格瑪培訓以促進CI文化。
3、Facilitate and organize plant continuous improvement activities (include but not limited to TPM, 5S and standard work etc.), reviewing the progress of the programs to make sure that the programs are completed on time & on the right track.
促進和組織工廠的持續改進活動(包括但不限于TPM,5S和標準工作等),審查項目的進展,以確保項目以正確的軌道按時完成。
4、Work with site leadership team to identify Kaizen opportunities and make proper plan, facilitate the Kaizen events and achieve the targets. Support and coach companywide Yellow Belt project leaders to achieve project targets.
與現場領導合作,確定改進機會,制定適當的計劃,促進改進活動并實現目標。支持和指導公司黃帶項目負責人實現項目目標。
5、Organize shop floor operators for AM activity to improve operators level CI skill and solve operational issues.
組織車間操作人員參加AM活動,以提高操作人員的CI技能水平并解決操作問題。
6、Other tasks from line manager.
主管(guan)交辦的其它任務。
1、Bachelor degree or above. Food & oil engineering or Mechanical or Chemical processes background.
本科或以上學歷。糧油工程、機械或化學工藝等專業背景。
2、At least 2 year work experience. Relevant CI work experience is preferred.
2年以上工作經驗。有相關CI工作經驗者優先。
3、Good communication and coordination skills.
良好的(de)溝(gou)通協調(diao)能力。
