What you need:
Key accountabilities:
? Responsible for project management, supervision and management of project construction process, including management of related parties;
? Responsible for the proposal, project approval, review, plan formulation and implementation of process improvement projects, organize the process of trial operation and acceptance of technical improvement projects, participate in the supervision and inspection of process implementation;
? Follow up the company''s project construction, work according to executable project procedures and project standards, coordinate project engineering and design activities. For example: the company''s project approval, technical requirements and plan formulation, supplier technical plan review, qualification review, contract review and management and other major activities;
? Periodically review the project implementation progress to ensure that the specific progress covers all engineering activities; be responsible for project schedule, quality, expense and cost management during the project ;
? Regularly prepare project progress report, supervise project implementation plan, be responsible for project acceptance work and archiving and management of acceptance materials;
? Assist in process change management and technical transformation management of the company;
? Make annual and monthly equipment purchase plan according to production and project needs, organize equipment selection and purchase, and organize equipment installation, debugging and acceptance;
? Be responsible for the company''s technical transformation work, have skilled CAD chemical drawing ability, issue project drawings;
? To manage the projects implemented by the company, responsible for the acceptance of the equipment and pipes of the projects and the supervision and control of construction quality;
? Responsible for the application of project procedures and preparation of documents;
Qualifications:
? Education Background: Bachelor degree, major in mechanical and electrical integration, Chemical engineering, machinery, electrical, instrumentation;
? Work experience: 5 years relevant working experience in this position, equipment management experience in fine chemical industry is preferred.
Competencies and skills required:
? Conversant in project management and chemical equipment;
? Environment, health ,safety & quality conscious;
? Computer skill in MS office;
? Can read and write in English;
? SAP PM experience is preferred.
