提成方式:銷售(shou)額(e)提成
1、負(fu)責產(chan)(chan)(chan)品的(de)市(shi)場(chang)渠(qu)道開拓(tuo)與銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)工(gong)作(zuo),執(zhi)行并完(wan)成(cheng)公(gong)(gong)司產(chan)(chan)(chan)品年度銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)計劃;2、根據公(gong)(gong)司市(shi)場(chang)營(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)戰略,提升銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)價(jia)值,控(kong)制成(cheng)本,擴大產(chan)(chan)(chan)品在所(suo)負(fu)責區域的(de)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou),積極完(wan)成(cheng)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)量指標,為(wei)公(gong)(gong)司創造利潤;3、與客戶保持良好溝通,實(shi)時把(ba)握客戶需求,為(wei)客戶提供主(zhu)動、熱(re)情、滿意(yi)、周到的(de)服務;4、根據公(gong)(gong)司產(chan)(chan)(chan)品、價(jia)格及市(shi)場(chang)策略,獨立處置詢盤(pan)、報(bao)價(jia)、合同(tong)(tong)條(tiao)款的(de)協(xie)商及合同(tong)(tong)簽訂(ding)等(deng)事宜,在執(zhi)行合同(tong)(tong)過(guo)程中,協(xie)調并監(jian)督公(gong)(gong)司各職能部門(men)操(cao)作(zuo);5、維護和(he)開拓(tuo)新的(de)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)渠(qu)道和(he)新客戶,自(zi)主(zhu)開發及拓(tuo)展上(shang)下游用戶,尤其是終端(duan)用戶;6、收(shou)集和(he)分析所(suo)在行業發展、生產(chan)(chan)(chan)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)、設備管理等(deng)信(xin)息;7、完(wan)成(cheng)領導臨時交辦(ban)的(de)其他工(gong)作(zuo)。
