1、負責本店(dian)(dian)的(de)經(jing)營(ying)(ying)管理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),保證(zheng)餐廳經(jing)營(ying)(ying)業(ye)務的(de)正常進行(xing);2、標(biao)準推行(xing)總(zong)部的(de)規(gui)章制(zhi)度、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)程序、質量(liang)標(biao)準,擬(ni)訂本店(dian)(dian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計劃及(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)總(zong)結;3、代表本店(dian)(dian)向(xiang)公司做工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)匯報,并提出相應業(ye)務和管理咨詢;4、營(ying)(ying)業(ye)高(gao)峰期的(de)巡視,檢查(cha)服務質量(liang)、出品質量(liang)、衛生環(huan)境,并及(ji)(ji)時采(cai)取措施(shi)解(jie)決;5、檢查(cha)和督(du)導(dao)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)嚴(yan)格按照餐廳服務規(gui)程和質量(liang)要(yao)求(qiu)做好各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),確保安全、優質、高(gao)效(xiao);6、嚴(yan)格實(shi)施(shi)有效(xiao)的(de)成本控制(zhi)及(ji)(ji)對(dui)財務工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)監控,落實(shi)本店(dian)(dian)經(jing)營(ying)(ying)范圍(wei)內合同的(de)執行(xing),控制(zhi)本店(dian)(dian)的(de)各項(xiang)開支及(ji)(ji)成本消耗;7、日盤(pan)、周盤(pan)、月盤(pan)、固定(ding)資產盤(pan)點的(de)執行(xing)到位(wei)。
