1. Setting up and implementing staffing and recruitment strategy and plan;
2. Oversees all recruitment and staffing activities, transfers of employees and employee development program;
3. Maintains strong relationships with HR and the business management team to ensure staffing strategy is aligned with business needs;
4. Independently handle recruiting activities for all level positions and deeply understand position background and JD to search and screen out suitable candidates;
5. Work closely with recruitment service venders: website, headhunter, schools, labor agency etc.;
6. Maintain the recruitment advertisement system. Ensure recruitment channel effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency;
7. Arrange all process of interview, and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices;
8. Responsible for negotiation the offer with the candidate and follow issues till on board;
9.Treat the resume professionally and build up talent pools;
10.Track, analysis and report recruitment/staffing reports, including hiring report, position forecast report, recruiting cost tracking, channel effective analysis etc. to closely monitor the recruitments in the company;
11. Analyzes the reasons of employee dismissal, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for human resources management of the company;
12.Co-working with internal C&B professional and external vendors to manage staff in and out process, including background check, personnel processing, exit interview, leave exit check, etc.
13.Responsible to educate and train hiring managers on the relevant knowledge and techniques of talent selection;
14. Take part in other recruiting projects, such as campus recruiting;
15. Support HR manager on management trainee program and employee development;
16. Help to build and maintain system to support all ISO system such ISO22000, ISO18000, ISO14000;
17. Do investigation and analysis of employee training demand;
1. Education at least junior college or above.
2. At least 3 year of experience in HR, experience in multinational company is preferred.
3. Ability to communicate with all levels in an organization.

5. Excellent knowledge of China labor regulation
