Lead conduct ME development activity according to ME development process；
Conduct object milesotone review Act as review partner to ensure delivery quality ；
Cooperate with other project stakeholder (R&D cross discipline, PM, Manufacturing, Quality purchasing) to ensure project sucess；
ME project management, Conduct project estimation, plan, tracking, resource organization, release, report, escalation ；
ME requirement engineering；
ME design, check & release in system, ME data ｃreate maintain in system;
Perform coordinate Mechanical test ；
Support / cooperate with other related functions internal / external；
Develop technical solutions in own area of responsibility；
Constantly improve knowledge experience on own field；
Technique lead fresponsible competence development ；
Provide support to own discipline other disciplines
1.at least bachelor''s degree in mechanical or equivalent work experiences;
2.at least 1 year experience at Mechanical Engineering organization;
3.at least completed 1 project in region by PLC or in Mechanical Engineering;
4.working experiencen in intercultural team or environement is preferred
