1.積極配合門(men)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經理(li)(li)完(wan)成(cheng)公(gong)司領導完(wan)成(cheng)各項(xiang)(xiang)任(ren)(ren)務(wu)指(zhi)標(biao)。協助(zhu)門(men)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經理(li)(li)參與整(zheng)個門(men)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)管(guan)理(li)(li)對(dui)管(guan)轄(xia)組(zu)(zu)別(bie)日常管(guan)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)全面負責;2.?配合門(men)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經理(li)(li)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)組(zu)(zu)別(bie)月、季、年目標(biao)銷售目標(biao)和(he)具體的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)。根據(ju)公(gong)司發(fa)展(zhan)規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)和(he)市場預測,參與制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)門(men)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)階(jie)(jie)段性營(ying)銷計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)方案并積極監督落實執行(xing),以(yi)及(ji)對(dui)于每(mei)(mei)個階(jie)(jie)段所轄(xia)組(zu)(zu)別(bie)成(cheng)員任(ren)(ren)務(wu)指(zhi)標(biao)達成(cheng)率的(de)監控;3.根據(ju)所在門(men)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)各項(xiang)(xiang)階(jie)(jie)段性目標(biao)及(ji)時(shi)配合門(men)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經理(li)(li)做(zuo)好任(ren)(ren)務(wu)分解工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),落實到(dao)每(mei)(mei)一(yi)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)業規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)師身上,再根據(ju)每(mei)(mei)個人(ren)的(de)任(ren)(ren)務(wu)指(zhi)標(biao)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)好每(mei)(mei)天的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)與安排,并做(zuo)到(dao)時(shi)時(shi)監控;4.積極配合組(zu)(zu)員接待服務(wu)客(ke)戶,督促(cu)并協助(zhu)置(zhi)(zhi)業規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)師做(zuo)好報備、帶訪工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo);5.定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)組(zu)(zu)織組(zu)(zu)內同事開展(zhan)客(ke)戶討論會,針對(dui)問題客(ke)戶在力所能(neng)及(ji)的(de)情況(kuang)下要協助(zhu)其(qi)解決;6.??負責做(zuo)好與置(zhi)(zhi)業規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)師之間(jian)的(de)協調工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),把握好組(zu)(zu)內同事心態(tai),多激勵激發(fa)其(qi)潛能(neng)發(fa)揮,己更要積極主(zhu)動(dong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),作(zuo)好表(biao)率,營(ying)造一(yi)個良好的(de)辦公(gong)環境;7.?定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)(qi)給組(zu)(zu)員做(zuo)相關工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)技能(neng)的(de)培訓,不斷提高業務(wu)水平。
工作地點可就近選擇。1、1年以上房產銷售經驗,有銷售管理經驗優先;
2、.熱愛銷售工作,積極主動,責任心強,吃苦耐勞;
