根據(ju)公(gong)(gong)司戰略目(mu)標和(he)服(fu)務宗旨,制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)、貫(guan)徹(che)、落實(shi)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)部(bu)門(men)(men)崗位(wei)責任制(zhi),不斷完善(shan)營(ying)(ying)運(yun)部(bu)運(yun)作(zuo)(zuo)機制(zhi)。協(xie)調(diao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)關系,指導、監(jian)督、檢查本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)部(bu)門(men)(men)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)及本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)部(bu)門(men)(men)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)完成(cheng)(cheng)情(qing)況,保證(zheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)部(bu)門(men)(men)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的正常(chang)運(yun)作(zuo)(zuo)。全面負(fu)(fu)責營(ying)(ying)運(yun)部(bu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),完成(cheng)(cheng)公(gong)(gong)司下達的各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)任務;負(fu)(fu)責制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)、貫(guan)徹(che)、落實(shi)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)部(bu)門(men)(men)崗位(wei)責任制(zhi),制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)求(qiu)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)目(mu)的以及建立(li)各(ge)項管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)制(zhi)度;負(fu)(fu)責指導、監(jian)督、檢查本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)部(bu)門(men)(men)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)及本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)部(bu)門(men)(men)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)完成(cheng)(cheng)情(qing)況。開展市(shi)場(chang)調(diao)查,定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)期總結和(he)評估商(shang)(shang)業(ye)物(wu)業(ye)運(yun)營(ying)(ying)狀況,并適時提出業(ye)態組合及品牌組合的調(diao)整建議;負(fu)(fu)責制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)商(shang)(shang)場(chang)的招商(shang)(shang)方案(an),報公(gong)(gong)司總經(jing)理(li)(li)審批并組織實(shi)施;對商(shang)(shang)業(ye)運(yun)營(ying)(ying)服(fu)務策劃(hua)、組織實(shi)施和(he)日常(chang)監(jian)督。
1、管理或相關專業本科以上學歷(較強工作能力及工作經驗適當降低標準)?
2、接受過企業戰略管理、管理能力開發等方面的培訓?
3、5年(nian)以上(shang)工(gong)作經(jing)驗,其中(zhong)3年(nian)以上(shang)中(zhong)型(xing)以上(shang)企(qi)業(ye)的管理工(gong)作經(jing)驗
