1、為總經理做好會議安排,文件歸檔,處理費用報銷,付款事宜;
Be in charge of meetings arrangements, filing, doing expense claims, payment, etc. fGM;
2、負責會議翻譯,相關文件翻譯(包括董事會議和管理會議的會議紀要);
Ensure consecutive interpretation in meetings, translate relevant documents (incl. minutes of shareholders’ meetings general management reporting) take meeting minutes;
3、安排總經理的會議、差旅機票、交通、住宿和簽證申請;
Arranges meeting appointments, travel flights, transportation, accommodation visa application fexecutives;
4、作為總經理的個人代表處理內外行政事務;
Act as the executives’ personal representative on internal external matters of an administrative nature;
5、參與組織內部活動(共同組織年會、郊游等活動)及外部活動和研討會;
Participate in internal activities organization (organize annual dinner/outing) etc. external events seminar ;
6、參加安全演習,在演習中積極應對,做好危機溝通響應;
Attend the safety drill react actively during the drill make following actions in respect to crisis communication;
7、總經理交代的其他工作任務。
Other tasks assigned by GM.
1、本科,海外背景優先考慮。
Bachelor, overseas background will be a plus.
2、有在外資企業擔任高級秘書或個人助理的經驗;有環保/化學知識者優先;
With experiences in the position of senisecretary/personal assistant in an International FMCG company; knowledge in Environmental protection/chemistry will be a plus;
3、有良好的中英文口頭和書面表達能力;
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally in writing in both Chinese English;
4、優異的英語溝通能力;
Excellent communication in English;
5、優秀的團隊合作能力;工作踏實;細致。
