今(jin)天,市(shi)(shi)統計局發布了1-2月份青島經(jing)濟運行(xing)情況分析。1-2月份,全市(shi)(shi)經(jing)濟運行(xing)延續前期(qi)穩定(ding)恢(hui)復態勢,經(jing)濟循環日益(yi)暢通,市(shi)(shi)場(chang)預期(qi)不(bu)斷改善。工業、投資、外貿等主要指標增勢平(ping)穩,支撐(cheng)發展穩定(ding)恢(hui)復的積(ji)極因素累積(ji)增多。
工業生產大幅反彈
在工業(ye)經(jing)濟向數字經(jing)濟大跨步邁進(jin)的(de)路上(shang),青島先行一步。以打(da)造(zao)世界工業(ye)互聯網之(zhi)都為目(mu)標,青島工業(ye)互聯網生態加速形(xing)成,制造(zao)業(ye)企業(ye)的(de)生產、經(jing)營和管(guan)理(li)模式產生重大變革。
1-2月份(fen),受(shou)上(shang)年低基數及(ji)就地過年等因素影響,青島規模以上(shang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生產大(da)幅反彈,增(zeng)(zeng)加值同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)41.5%,比(bi)2019年1-2月份(fen)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)14.2%,兩(liang)年平(ping)均(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)6.9%。35個工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)大(da)類行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)全部實(shi)現(xian)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang),比(bi)2019年1-2月份(fen)增(zeng)(zeng)加21個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)。18個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)速(su)快(kuai)于規模以上(shang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye),4個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)速(su)超過100%。從(cong)骨干行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)看,排(pai)名前10位行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)累(lei)計增(zeng)(zeng)加值增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)44.7%,快(kuai)于規模以上(shang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)3.2個百分(fen)點。其中,汽(qi)車制(zhi)造、電氣機(ji)械和器材制(zhi)造業(ye)(ye)(ye)分(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)86.4%和67.4%。從(cong)產品(pin)產量看,傳(chuan)感器增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)58.3%,智能電視(shi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)36.0%。
投資增速穩步回升
投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)是(shi)經(jing)濟工作的“第(di)(di)一戰場”。1-2月份,青(qing)島固(gu)定資(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)23.2%,比(bi)2019年(nian)1-2月份增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)4.6%,兩(liang)年(nian)平均(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)2.3%。全市在建(jian)項目3640個(ge),同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)613個(ge),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)20.3%。其中,產(chan)(chan)(chan)業類(lei)項目2380個(ge),同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)554個(ge);房(fang)地產(chan)(chan)(chan)開發(fa)項目1260個(ge),同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)59個(ge)。分(fen)(fen)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業看(kan),第(di)(di)一產(chan)(chan)(chan)業投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)12.5%;第(di)(di)二產(chan)(chan)(chan)業投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)40.9%;第(di)(di)三產(chan)(chan)(chan)業投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)19.9%。從(cong)重點攻(gong)(gong)勢看(kan),城市品質改(gai)善提升、“雙招雙引(yin)”、壯(zhuang)大(da)民營經(jing)濟等攻(gong)(gong)勢投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速保持較高水(shui)平,分(fen)(fen)別(bie)(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)44.2%、33.5%、26.4%。從(cong)重點產(chan)(chan)(chan)業鏈看(kan),高端(duan)裝(zhuang)備(bei)、醫養健康(kang)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)快速增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速分(fen)(fen)別(bie)(bie)為(wei)55.7%、50.0%。
消費市場加快恢復
今年(nian)以來,我市(shi)統籌做好(hao)疫情(qing)防控和經濟社會發展,在(zai)完善(shan)疫情(qing)防控的前提下,商貿流通(tong)企業貨源充足,促銷(xiao)活動豐富多彩,尤(you)其是春節(jie)期間,居民(min)消費(fei)意愿強烈(lie),消費(fei)市(shi)場展現出(chu)蓬勃生機和旺盛活力(li)。
1-2月份(fen)(fen)(fen),消(xiao)費市場加(jia)速回暖,全市限額(e)(e)以上批發業(ye)(ye)、零(ling)售(shou)(shou)業(ye)(ye)銷售(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)分別(bie)(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長84.7%、33.5%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)2019年(nian)(nian)1-2月份(fen)(fen)(fen)分別(bie)(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長81.0%、17.6%,兩(liang)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長34.5%、8.4%。多數商(shang)品銷售(shou)(shou)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)勢良(liang)好,節日消(xiao)費類(lei)商(shang)品銷售(shou)(shou)快(kuai)速增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長。1-2月份(fen)(fen)(fen),14個商(shang)品類(lei)別(bie)(bie)零(ling)售(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速超過20.0%。化妝(zhuang)品類(lei)、金銀(yin)珠寶類(lei)、煙酒類(lei)商(shang)品分別(bie)(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長95.5%、77.3%、53.4%。1-2月份(fen)(fen)(fen),網上零(ling)售(shou)(shou)持(chi)續增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia),限額(e)(e)以上單(dan)位網上零(ling)售(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長27.0%。住(zhu)宿業(ye)(ye)逐(zhu)步好轉,限額(e)(e)以上住(zhu)宿業(ye)(ye)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)額(e)(e)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長62.5%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)2019年(nian)(nian)1-2月份(fen)(fen)(fen)下降4.8%,兩(liang)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)下降2.4%。餐飲業(ye)(ye)穩步復(fu)蘇,限額(e)(e)以上餐飲業(ye)(ye)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)額(e)(e)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長69.3%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)2019年(nian)(nian)1-2月份(fen)(fen)(fen)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長21.4%,兩(liang)年(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長10.2%。
外貿進出口增勢明顯
隨著國(guo)內(nei)外(wai)疫情逐步(bu)穩定,延(yan)續2020年下半年以來的(de)逆(ni)勢(shi)上揚態勢(shi),青島外(wai)貿(mao)進出口增(zeng)勢(shi)明顯(xian)。
1-2月(yue)份(fen),青(qing)島外貿進(jin)(jin)(jin)出口(kou)(kou)總值(zhi)1144.1億元(yuan)(yuan),同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長39.3%,比(bi)(bi)2019年1-2月(yue)份(fen)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長28.4%,兩(liang)年平均(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長13.3%。其中,出口(kou)(kou)677.8億元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長57.5%;進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)466.3億元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長19.2%。一(yi)般(ban)貿易(yi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出口(kou)(kou)顯著增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長。1-2月(yue)份(fen),一(yi)般(ban)貿易(yi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出口(kou)(kou)811.9億元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長50.8%,占(zhan)全(quan)市進(jin)(jin)(jin)出口(kou)(kou)總值(zhi)的(de)71.0%,占(zhan)比(bi)(bi)提升5.4個百分點(dian)。民營企業進(jin)(jin)(jin)出口(kou)(kou)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)提升。1-2月(yue)份(fen)民營企業進(jin)(jin)(jin)出口(kou)(kou)752.8億元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長54.6%,占(zhan)全(quan)市進(jin)(jin)(jin)出口(kou)(kou)總值(zhi)的(de)65.8%,占(zhan)比(bi)(bi)提升6.5個百分點(dian)。
就業物價保持穩定
1-2月(yue)份,青(qing)島就業(ye)(ye)形勢穩(wen)定,城(cheng)鎮新增(zeng)(zeng)就業(ye)(ye)3.9萬(wan)人,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)99.1%。其(qi)中,服(fu)(fu)務業(ye)(ye)吸納就業(ye)(ye)2.9萬(wan)人,增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)110.8%;民營經(jing)濟吸納就業(ye)(ye)3.1萬(wan)人,增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)86.8%,占就業(ye)(ye)總量的78.0%。2月(yue)末,全市城(cheng)鎮登記失業(ye)(ye)率3.1%。物價(jia)(jia)(jia)保持平(ping)穩(wen)。1-2月(yue)份,居(ju)民消費價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)同(tong)比(bi)持平(ping)。分類別看,食品價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)同(tong)比(bi)上(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)2.2%,服(fu)(fu)務價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)上(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)0.4%;非食品和(he)消費品價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)分別下降0.5%和(he)0.2%。2月(yue)份,居(ju)民消費價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)同(tong)比(bi)上(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)0.3%,環比(bi)上(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)0.5%。其(qi)中,受(shou)春(chun)節過后豬肉需求(qiu)量下降導(dao)致價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)下降影響,2月(yue)份食品價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)幅收窄,同(tong)比(bi)、環比(bi)均上(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)2.6%。
