立足“大姐工坊”做足就業文章
實(shi)施巾(jin)幗扶貧(pin)(pin)項目“大(da)姐工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)坊”,將農村有務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)意愿(yuan)和(he)勞動(dong)能力但不便(bian)離(li)家(jia)(jia)務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的貧(pin)(pin)困婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)與(yu)當地特(te)色產(chan)業有效對接,實(shi)現(xian)居家(jia)(jia)靈活就業、持續穩定增收。一(yi)是強化(hua)龍頭引領(ling)。依托20處產(chan)業化(hua)、規(gui)模化(hua)、品牌(pai)化(hua)示范項目,輻射帶(dai)動(dong)全市建(jian)成“大(da)姐工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)坊”552處,涉及家(jia)(jia)紡(fang)、海(hai)產(chan)品、特(te)色民俗加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、電子元件(jian)等多個行業,幫助(zhu)706名貧(pin)(pin)困婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)人(ren)均(jun)月增收2000余元。二是規(gui)范經(jing)營管理。“大(da)姐工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)坊”實(shi)行與(yu)總(zong)公司統(tong)一(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作服裝、統(tong)一(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資標準、統(tong)一(yi)發(fa)放時間、統(tong)一(yi)勞動(dong)強度“四統(tong)一(yi)”規(gui)范化(hua)管理,提升管理水平和(he)經(jing)營效益。三(san)是激發(fa)發(fa)展活力。優選116處“大(da)姐工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)坊”組(zu)建(jian)“婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)微家(jia)(jia)”,開(kai)辟思想引領(ling)、婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)議事、女(nv)(nv)性(xing)創業、志愿(yuan)服務、婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)維權、家(jia)(jia)庭(ting)文明(ming)等“六大(da)模塊”,增強工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)坊職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)歸屬感和(he)凝(ning)聚力,帶(dai)動(dong)更(geng)多貧(pin)(pin)困婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)實(shi)干興家(jia)(jia)、發(fa)展立家(jia)(jia)。
依托電商平臺拓寬增收渠道
深(shen)入實(shi)施“互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)+服(fu)務婦(fu)(fu)女(nv)”巾(jin)幗(guo)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)富(fu)工程(cheng),采用“線上(shang)+線下”“產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)+電(dian)(dian)商(shang)助力”一(yi)體推進方(fang)式,幫助貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)婦(fu)(fu)女(nv)搭(da)上(shang)電(dian)(dian)商(shang)快(kuai)車(che)增收(shou)致富(fu)。一(yi)是(shi)構建電(dian)(dian)商(shang)銷售網(wang)絡(luo)。市婦(fu)(fu)聯(lian)聯(lian)合專業(ye)(ye)(ye)電(dian)(dian)商(shang)機構,依托各類創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)孵化基地(di),組建巾(jin)幗(guo)電(dian)(dian)商(shang)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)團(tuan)隊,從(cong)平臺搭(da)建、人員培(pei)(pei)訓、渠(qu)道拓展(zhan)、品(pin)(pin)牌打(da)(da)造,金融支持(chi)等方(fang)面提供全鏈(lian)條服(fu)務,引領270名巾(jin)幗(guo)致富(fu)帶頭人“觸網(wang)”發(fa)展(zhan)、帶動貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)婦(fu)(fu)女(nv)網(wang)上(shang)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)收(shou)。二是(shi)搭(da)建產(chan)銷對接平臺。篩(shai)選有創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)意(yi)愿、有發(fa)展(zhan)能力的農(nong)村貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)婦(fu)(fu)女(nv),培(pei)(pei)養巾(jin)幗(guo)電(dian)(dian)商(shang)女(nv)經紀人,發(fa)展(zhan)現代網(wang)銷營銷,實(shi)現貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)婦(fu)(fu)女(nv)、商(shang)家(jia)與(yu)消費者互(hu)利共贏。三是(shi)打(da)(da)造特(te)色(se)電(dian)(dian)商(shang)品(pin)(pin)牌。先后打(da)(da)造環翠“原(yuan)產(chan)遞”、文登“巾(jin)幗(guo)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)富(fu)網(wang)”、榮成“巾(jin)幗(guo)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)客”等特(te)色(se)電(dian)(dian)商(shang)品(pin)(pin)牌,其中,榮成“巾(jin)幗(guo)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)客”成功帶動156名貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)婦(fu)(fu)女(nv)參(can)與(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)。
完善服務體系增強發展能力
強化(hua)對貧(pin)(pin)困婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)(nv)的特色(se)(se)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun),先后(hou)開(kai)展(zhan)“手(shou)拉(la)手(shou)·送技(ji)能-失(shi)業、無業女(nv)(nv)(nv)性群體(ti)技(ji)能培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)及(ji)再就業”“非遺(yi)手(shou)工部落-社區婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)(nv)增能計(ji)劃”“關(guan)愛母嬰,陽(yang)光(guang)育(yu)嬰送技(ji)能”等婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)(nv)創(chuang)(chuang)業技(ji)能培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)示范(fan)項目(mu),同步開(kai)設“空中課堂”。舉辦“膠東花(hua)餑餑”專題培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)暨(ji)巾(jin)幗好產品展(zhan)銷活動,通過培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)指導、現場推介等方式,對400余(yu)種特色(se)(se)民俗產品進(jin)行推介展(zhan)銷。廣泛(fan)吸納現代農(nong)業經營主體(ti)的巾(jin)幗人才,組建巾(jin)幗返鄉(xiang)下鄉(xiang)創(chuang)(chuang)業聯盟,充分(fen)發(fa)揮示范(fan)引領(ling)作(zuo)用(yong),帶動更(geng)多(duo)有志創(chuang)(chuang)業女(nv)(nv)(nv)性返鄉(xiang)下鄉(xiang)創(chuang)(chuang)業創(chuang)(chuang)新,幫(bang)助更(geng)多(duo)農(nong)村貧(pin)(pin)困婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)(nv)脫貧(pin)(pin)致富。
