立足“大姐工坊”做足就業文章
實施巾(jin)幗扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)項目“大(da)姐(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)坊”,將農村有務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)意(yi)愿和勞動能力(li)但不便離(li)家(jia)(jia)務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)與當地特(te)色產(chan)業(ye)(ye)有效對接,實現居家(jia)(jia)靈活就業(ye)(ye)、持續穩定增(zeng)收。一(yi)是強化(hua)龍頭引領。依(yi)托20處(chu)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)化(hua)、規模化(hua)、品牌(pai)化(hua)示范項目,輻射帶(dai)動全市建成“大(da)姐(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)坊”552處(chu),涉及家(jia)(jia)紡、海產(chan)品、特(te)色民俗加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、電子元件等多(duo)(duo)個行業(ye)(ye),幫助706名貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)人均月增(zeng)收2000余(yu)元。二(er)是規范經營管理。“大(da)姐(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)坊”實行與總(zong)公司(si)統一(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)服裝(zhuang)、統一(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資標準、統一(yi)發(fa)放(fang)時(shi)間、統一(yi)勞動強度“四統一(yi)”規范化(hua)管理,提升管理水平和經營效益。三是激(ji)發(fa)發(fa)展活力(li)。優選116處(chu)“大(da)姐(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)坊”組建“婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)微家(jia)(jia)”,開(kai)辟思(si)想引領、婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)議(yi)事、女(nv)(nv)性創業(ye)(ye)、志愿服務、婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)維權、家(jia)(jia)庭文明(ming)等“六大(da)模塊”,增(zeng)強工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)坊職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)歸屬感和凝(ning)聚力(li),帶(dai)動更多(duo)(duo)貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)實干(gan)興家(jia)(jia)、發(fa)展立(li)家(jia)(jia)。
依托電商平臺拓寬增收渠道
深入(ru)實施“互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)+服務婦(fu)(fu)女(nv)”巾(jin)幗(guo)(guo)創(chuang)富(fu)(fu)工程(cheng),采用“線(xian)上+線(xian)下”“產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)扶貧+電(dian)(dian)(dian)商(shang)助(zhu)力(li)”一體推進方(fang)(fang)式,幫助(zhu)貧困(kun)(kun)婦(fu)(fu)女(nv)搭(da)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)商(shang)快車增(zeng)收致富(fu)(fu)。一是構建(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)商(shang)銷售網(wang)絡(luo)。市婦(fu)(fu)聯(lian)聯(lian)合(he)專業(ye)(ye)電(dian)(dian)(dian)商(shang)機構,依托各類創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)孵(fu)化基地(di),組建(jian)巾(jin)幗(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)商(shang)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)團隊,從平臺(tai)搭(da)建(jian)、人員培訓、渠道拓(tuo)展(zhan)、品(pin)牌(pai)(pai)打(da)(da)(da)造(zao)(zao)(zao),金融支持等方(fang)(fang)面(mian)提(ti)供全鏈條(tiao)服務,引領270名巾(jin)幗(guo)(guo)致富(fu)(fu)帶(dai)頭人“觸網(wang)”發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、帶(dai)動(dong)貧困(kun)(kun)婦(fu)(fu)女(nv)網(wang)上創(chuang)收。二是搭(da)建(jian)產(chan)(chan)銷對接平臺(tai)。篩(shai)選有創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)意愿、有發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)能力(li)的(de)農村貧困(kun)(kun)婦(fu)(fu)女(nv),培養(yang)巾(jin)幗(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)商(shang)女(nv)經紀人,發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)現代網(wang)銷營銷,實現貧困(kun)(kun)婦(fu)(fu)女(nv)、商(shang)家與(yu)消費者互(hu)利(li)共贏。三是打(da)(da)(da)造(zao)(zao)(zao)特(te)色電(dian)(dian)(dian)商(shang)品(pin)牌(pai)(pai)。先后打(da)(da)(da)造(zao)(zao)(zao)環翠“原產(chan)(chan)遞”、文登“巾(jin)幗(guo)(guo)創(chuang)富(fu)(fu)網(wang)”、榮成(cheng)(cheng)“巾(jin)幗(guo)(guo)創(chuang)客(ke)”等特(te)色電(dian)(dian)(dian)商(shang)品(pin)牌(pai)(pai),其中(zhong),榮成(cheng)(cheng)“巾(jin)幗(guo)(guo)創(chuang)客(ke)”成(cheng)(cheng)功帶(dai)動(dong)156名貧困(kun)(kun)婦(fu)(fu)女(nv)參(can)與(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)。
完善服務體系增強發展能力
強化對貧困婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)的(de)特色培(pei)訓(xun),先后開展(zhan)“手拉手·送技能(neng)(neng)-失業、無業女(nv)(nv)性(xing)群體技能(neng)(neng)培(pei)訓(xun)及再就(jiu)業”“非(fei)遺手工部落-社區婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)增能(neng)(neng)計劃”“關愛母嬰(ying),陽光育(yu)嬰(ying)送技能(neng)(neng)”等(deng)婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)創(chuang)業技能(neng)(neng)培(pei)訓(xun)示范(fan)項目,同步(bu)開設“空中課堂”。舉辦“膠東花餑餑”專題培(pei)訓(xun)暨(ji)巾(jin)幗好產(chan)品展(zhan)銷活動(dong),通過培(pei)訓(xun)指導、現(xian)場推(tui)介(jie)等(deng)方式,對400余種特色民俗產(chan)品進行(xing)推(tui)介(jie)展(zhan)銷。廣泛吸納現(xian)代(dai)農業經(jing)營主(zhu)體的(de)巾(jin)幗人才,組建巾(jin)幗返鄉(xiang)下(xia)鄉(xiang)創(chuang)業聯盟,充分(fen)發揮示范(fan)引領作用,帶動(dong)更多有志創(chuang)業女(nv)(nv)性(xing)返鄉(xiang)下(xia)鄉(xiang)創(chuang)業創(chuang)新,幫助更多農村貧困婦(fu)女(nv)(nv)脫貧致富(fu)。
