為保(bao)障2017級、2015級實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)生的身(shen)心健(jian)康和(he)能力提(ti)升(sheng),山東煙臺護(hu)士學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)緊緊抓住疫情(qing)(qing)防控和(he)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)就業(ye)(ye)管理兩個(ge)關鍵,構建了“3456”實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)就業(ye)(ye)管理模(mo)式預案,通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)、醫院和(he)家庭的“三(san)元”通(tong)力合作(zuo),在(zai)延期實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)、返崗實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)、疫情(qing)(qing)后(hou)期、就業(ye)(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)的“四個(ge)階段”,采(cai)取(qu)分級管理、精準排查、高(gao)效宣導、聯(lian)防聯(lian)控、應急處(chu)置“五項舉措”進(jin)行疫情(qing)(qing)防控,同時通(tong)過(guo)多(duo)種途徑對(dui)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)生線上開展五育(yu)(yu)及就業(ye)(ye)指導“六個(ge)方面”的培養(yang)教育(yu)(yu),確保(bao)學(xue)(xue)生身(shen)心健(jian)康,實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現疫情(qing)(qing)防控、學(xue)(xue)生能力、實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)管理效率、實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)教學(xue)(xue)質量和(he)畢業(ye)(ye)生就業(ye)(ye)率等多(duo)方面提(ti)升(sheng)。

精準施策防控疫情,確保學生安全和身體健康分級管理

專門成立(li)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)管理(li)防(fang)控疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)小(xiao)組,下(xia)設辦公(gong)室(shi),實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)就(jiu)業(ye)辦負責人(ren)任(ren)(ren)辦公(gong)室(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)(ren)。在領(ling)導(dao)(dao)小(xiao)組帶(dai)領(ling)下(xia),充分動(dong)員(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校、醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)干部(bu)等各(ge)方(fang)(fang)面力量,出(chu)臺預案(an),細化(hua)方(fang)(fang)案(an)、制(zhi)定措施、落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)責任(ren)(ren),外(wai)防(fang)輸入(ru)(ru)、內防(fang)擴散,筑牢疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)線。精(jing)準排查(cha)。與醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、家長(chang)溝通協(xie)調,建立(li)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控檔(dang)案(an),確保信息精(jing)準到(dao)班、精(jing)準到(dao)隊(dui)、精(jing)準到(dao)人(ren)、精(jing)準到(dao)事,做到(dao)全覆蓋、零遺漏、日報告、零報告。延期(qi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)階(jie)(jie)(jie)段,實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)行(xing)全部(bu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)離(li)(li)校、離(li)(li)院(yuan)(yuan)回家自(zi)行(xing)隔(ge)離(li)(li),嚴禁學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)以任(ren)(ren)何(he)理(li)由返(fan)崗(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi);疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控辦公(gong)室(shi)專人(ren)將暫(zan)停(ting)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)、延期(qi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)決(jue)定逐一與實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)護(hu)理(li)部(bu)溝通,并(bing)通知到(dao)家長(chang)和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),確保院(yuan)(yuan)、校、生(sheng)(sheng)三方(fang)(fang)達成一致。返(fan)崗(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)階(jie)(jie)(jie)段,首(shou)先(xian)是(shi)返(fan)崗(gang)(gang)準入(ru)(ru)排查(cha),班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)(ren)和實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)隊(dui)長(chang)對每(mei)(mei)位學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)身(shen)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)健康情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)進行(xing)評估,逐一與家長(chang)核實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),如出(chu)現異常情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang),根據指定醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)診斷情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)隔(ge)離(li)(li)觀察或(huo)者治療;凡(fan)有可(ke)能接觸(chu)疫(yi)(yi)區(qu)人(ren)員(yuan)且隔(ge)離(li)(li)未達到(dao)14天的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)不得返(fan)崗(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi),待身(shen)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)完(wan)全康復(fu)或(huo)超過(guo)隔(ge)離(li)(li)時間后(hou),報實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)管理(li)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控領(ling)導(dao)(dao)小(xiao)組研究后(hou)方(fang)(fang)可(ke)返(fan)崗(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)。實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)期(qi)間,每(mei)(mei)生(sheng)(sheng)每(mei)(mei)日進行(xing)身(shen)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)監測并(bing)履行(xing)上報制(zhi)度(du)。疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)后(hou)期(qi),頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)進入(ru)(ru)就(jiu)業(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐階(jie)(jie)(jie)段,每(mei)(mei)名學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)簽訂誠(cheng)信承諾書(shu),班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)(ren)全面掌握每(mei)(mei)名學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)業(ye)地點(dian)、工作(zuo)生(sheng)(sheng)活環(huan)境、行(xing)動(dong)軌跡、身(shen)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)狀況(kuang)及安全防(fang)護(hu)措施等情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang),建立(li)臺賬(zhang),繼續履行(xing)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)排查(cha)日報制(zhi)度(du)。

高效(xiao)宣導(dao)(dao)。通過學(xue)(xue)校微信公眾號、家(jia)長、班(ban)級、實(shi)習(xi)(xi)隊群等(deng)渠道及(ji)時將(jiang)國家(jia)、省、市黨委(wei)政(zheng)府的部署要求及(ji)各級教育、衛健委(wei)部門和學(xue)(xue)校采取的相關措施傳達到(dao)每位學(xue)(xue)生和家(jia)長,指導(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)生理(li)性認識(shi)疫情,提高防范意識(shi),做好科學(xue)(xue)防護,養成良(liang)好的衛生習(xi)(xi)慣;要求學(xue)(xue)生言(yan)行規范,不造謠、不信謠、不傳謠,多關注官方信息,積極傳播正(zheng)能量(liang);引(yin)導(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)生自我管理(li),返崗(gang)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)和就業階段,上下(xia)班(ban)嚴格遵(zun)守兩點一線,嚴禁到(dao)人群密(mi)集處逗留,遠離(li)傳染(ran)源,切斷傳播途徑。

以疏安心(xin)。引(yin)(yin)導(dao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)正(zheng)確認識疫情防(fang)(fang)控(kong)期間各(ge)項工作(zuo)的(de)緊迫性、必要(yao)性和(he)重要(yao)性,可為全(quan)(quan)面打贏疫情防(fang)(fang)控(kong)阻擊(ji)戰提供堅實(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)心(xin)理(li)(li)保(bao)障。一(yi)是強化心(xin)理(li)(li)健(jian)康(kang)引(yin)(yin)導(dao)。通(tong)過線(xian)上推送科學(xue)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)疫情的(de)信(xin)息及(ji)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)措施,使全(quan)(quan)體學(xue)生(sheng)知曉、理(li)(li)解和(he)配合疫情防(fang)(fang)控(kong)工作(zuo)。二是提升心(xin)理(li)(li)援助服務。結合學(xue)校心(xin)理(li)(li)工作(zuo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji),學(xue)校心(xin)理(li)(li)教(jiao)師和(he)班主任全(quan)(quan)天開通(tong)援助熱(re)線(xian)并推送心(xin)理(li)(li)講(jiang)座(zuo);針(zhen)對(dui)疫情防(fang)(fang)控(kong)導(dao)致的(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)時間減少(shao),科學(xue)完善實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)的(de)考(kao)核(he)評價方案,實(shi)(shi)(shi)行一(yi)事一(yi)議,對(dui)畢業標(biao)準中(zhong)的(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)要(yao)求進行適(shi)當調整,保(bao)證實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)任務順利完成(cheng),消除(chu)學(xue)生(sheng)及(ji)家長疑慮,更好(hao)的(de)服務學(xue)生(sheng)。

以訓(xun)提(ti)(ti)能。一(yi)是(shi)(shi)加強就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)指導,及時(shi)(shi)成立就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)指導團隊,設(she)立就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)指導熱線(xian)電(dian)話,通過(guo)“互聯網+”平臺與畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生建立聯系(xi),進行(xing)個性化就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)服務,指導學(xue)生根據掛(gua)靠學(xue)校要求準備(bei)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)推(tui)薦表、畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生三方協議、靈活(huo)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)表、畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生檔(dang)案等(deng)(deng)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)相關(guan)材料;二是(shi)(shi)以賽促(cu)提(ti)(ti)升,為督促(cu)學(xue)生做(zuo)好就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)準備(bei)。舉辦2020屆(jie)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生電(dian)子簡歷(li)比賽、網上(shang)模擬面(mian)試大賽,以提(ti)(ti)升學(xue)生就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)競爭力(li)。三是(shi)(shi)第一(yi)屆(jie)日語護(hu)理(li)班(ban)已(yi)經派(pai)出了(le)近30名學(xue)生赴日工作,同學(xue)們過(guo)硬的專業(ye)(ye)知識和(he)(he)較高的綜合素質得(de)到了(le)日本用人單(dan)位(wei)的一(yi)致(zhi)好評(ping)。第二屆(jie)日護(hu)班(ban)面(mian)對(dui)嚴峻的疫情形勢,從2月3日起開啟(qi)網課培訓(xun)日語,對(dui)授(shou)課時(shi)(shi)間(jian)、形式、內(nei)容等(deng)(deng)制(zhi)(zhi)定了(le)詳(xiang)細(xi)的教學(xue)計(ji)劃,教師(shi)錄制(zhi)(zhi)音頻(pin)視頻(pin)講解,學(xue)生提(ti)(ti)交書寫(xie)和(he)(he)語音作業(ye)(ye),教師(shi)及時(shi)(shi)批改點評(ping),每天保證5小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)線(xian)上(shang)學(xue)習(xi)和(he)(he)2小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)自主(zhu)學(xue)習(xi),學(xue)生崗前日語培訓(xun)效果顯著。學(xue)校多次與合作企業(ye)(ye)溝通協調日方用人單(dan)位(wei)靈活(huo)開展工作,確保實習(xi)生的面(mian)試、培訓(xun)、出國等(deng)(deng)所受影(ying)響降低到最小(xiao)(xiao)程度。

以聘顯效。繼上海長海醫(yi)院、上海東(dong)方醫(yi)院對(dui)我校學(xue)生進(jin)(jin)行(xing)專場招聘之后,3月6日(ri)上午,煙臺市(shi)口腔醫(yi)院對(dui)第(di)三屆口腔護理(li)班的學(xue)生進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了線上面試。面試采取網絡(luo)視頻形式,同學(xue)們宅家(jia)與面試官進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了自(zi)我介紹、專業問答、綜合考評及自(zi)由提(ti)問四(si)個環節的“面對(dui)面”展示(shi)和交流。

線(xian)上面試拉開了(le)學(xue)校2020年就業季的(de)(de)(de)帷幕(mu),學(xue)校為(wei)提供優質護理崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)用人單位(wei)和學(xue)生(sheng)搭建(jian)空中招聘(pin)(pin)平臺,將傳統的(de)(de)(de)校園招聘(pin)(pin)會(hui)改為(wei)網上招聘(pin)(pin),構(gou)建(jian)起“線(xian)上智能匹(pi)配(pei)對接(jie)、線(xian)下精準(zhun)高(gao)效就業”的(de)(de)(de)招聘(pin)(pin)服務新模式(shi)。引導2020屆未就業的(de)(de)(de)畢業生(sheng)盡(jin)快適應當前(qian)形勢,保持積極樂(le)觀心態,做好充分求職準(zhun)備,提高(gao)就業競爭力,確保順(shun)利踏上理想工(gong)作(zuo)崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)。
