為保(bao)障2017級(ji)(ji)(ji)、2015級(ji)(ji)(ji)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習學(xue)生的身心健(jian)康(kang)和(he)能(neng)力提升(sheng),山東煙(yan)臺(tai)護士(shi)學(xue)校緊緊抓住疫情(qing)防(fang)(fang)控和(he)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習就業管理兩個(ge)關鍵(jian),構建了“3456”實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習就業管理模式預(yu)案,通(tong)(tong)過學(xue)校、醫院和(he)家(jia)庭的“三元”通(tong)(tong)力合作,在延(yan)期實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習、返崗實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習、疫情(qing)后期、就業實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐的“四(si)個(ge)階(jie)段”,采(cai)取分級(ji)(ji)(ji)管理、精準排查、高效宣導、聯防(fang)(fang)聯控、應急處置“五項舉措(cuo)”進行疫情(qing)防(fang)(fang)控,同時通(tong)(tong)過多(duo)種途徑(jing)對實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習學(xue)生線上開展五育及就業指導“六(liu)個(ge)方面”的培(pei)養教育,確(que)保(bao)學(xue)生身心健(jian)康(kang),實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現疫情(qing)防(fang)(fang)控、學(xue)生能(neng)力、實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習管理效率、實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習教學(xue)質量和(he)畢(bi)業生就業率等多(duo)方面提升(sheng)。

精準施策防控疫情,確保學生安全和身體健康分級管理

專門成立實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)理(li)防(fang)控疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)領(ling)(ling)導小(xiao)組(zu),下(xia)設(she)辦(ban)公(gong)室,實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)就業(ye)辦(ban)負責人(ren)任辦(ban)公(gong)室主(zhu)(zhu)任。在領(ling)(ling)導小(xiao)組(zu)帶領(ling)(ling)下(xia),充分動員(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)、醫院、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)干部(bu)等各方面力量,出臺(tai)預案,細化方案、制(zhi)定措施、落實(shi)(shi)(shi)責任,外防(fang)輸入、內(nei)防(fang)擴散,筑(zhu)牢(lao)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)防(fang)線。精(jing)準(zhun)排查(cha)。與醫院、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、家長(chang)溝(gou)通協調,建立疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)防(fang)控檔案,確保信(xin)息精(jing)準(zhun)到(dao)(dao)班(ban)、精(jing)準(zhun)到(dao)(dao)隊、精(jing)準(zhun)到(dao)(dao)人(ren)、精(jing)準(zhun)到(dao)(dao)事,做到(dao)(dao)全(quan)覆(fu)蓋、零(ling)遺漏(lou)、日(ri)(ri)報告、零(ling)報告。延期實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)階段(duan),實(shi)(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)全(quan)部(bu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)離(li)(li)校(xiao)(xiao)、離(li)(li)院回(hui)家自行(xing)(xing)(xing)隔(ge)(ge)離(li)(li),嚴禁(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)以任何理(li)由(you)返(fan)崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi);疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)防(fang)控辦(ban)公(gong)室專人(ren)將暫停實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)、延期實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)決定逐一(yi)(yi)與實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)醫院護理(li)部(bu)溝(gou)通,并(bing)通知到(dao)(dao)家長(chang)和學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),確保院、校(xiao)(xiao)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)三方達成一(yi)(yi)致。返(fan)崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)階段(duan),首先(xian)是返(fan)崗(gang)準(zhun)入排查(cha),班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任和實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)隊長(chang)對每(mei)位學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)身體健康(kang)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)評估,逐一(yi)(yi)與家長(chang)核實(shi)(shi)(shi),如(ru)出現異常情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),根據(ju)指(zhi)定醫院診斷情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)隔(ge)(ge)離(li)(li)觀(guan)察或(huo)者治(zhi)療;凡有可能接觸疫(yi)(yi)區人(ren)員(yuan)且隔(ge)(ge)離(li)(li)未達到(dao)(dao)14天的學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)不得(de)返(fan)崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),待身體完全(quan)康(kang)復或(huo)超過隔(ge)(ge)離(li)(li)時間后(hou),報實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管(guan)理(li)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)防(fang)控領(ling)(ling)導小(xiao)組(zu)研究后(hou)方可返(fan)崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)期間,每(mei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)每(mei)日(ri)(ri)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)身體監(jian)測并(bing)履行(xing)(xing)(xing)上報制(zhi)度。疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)后(hou)期,頂(ding)崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)進入就業(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐階段(duan),每(mei)名學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)簽(qian)訂誠(cheng)信(xin)承(cheng)諾書,班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任全(quan)面掌握每(mei)名學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就業(ye)地點、工(gong)作(zuo)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活環境、行(xing)(xing)(xing)動軌跡、身體狀況(kuang)及(ji)安(an)全(quan)防(fang)護措施等情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),建立臺(tai)賬(zhang),繼(ji)續(xu)履行(xing)(xing)(xing)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)排查(cha)日(ri)(ri)報制(zhi)度。

高(gao)效(xiao)宣導。通過學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)微信公眾(zhong)號、家長(chang)、班級、實習(xi)隊群(qun)等渠道及時(shi)將國家、省(sheng)、市(shi)黨委(wei)政府的(de)部署要求及各(ge)級教育、衛健委(wei)部門(men)和(he)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)采取的(de)相關(guan)措施傳達到每(mei)位(wei)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)和(he)家長(chang),指導學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)理性(xing)認識疫(yi)情,提(ti)高(gao)防(fang)范意識,做好(hao)科(ke)學(xue)防(fang)護(hu),養成良好(hao)的(de)衛生(sheng)(sheng)習(xi)慣;要求學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)言行規范,不(bu)造(zao)謠、不(bu)信謠、不(bu)傳謠,多關(guan)注官(guan)方信息(xi),積(ji)極傳播正能量(liang);引導學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)自我管理,返崗實習(xi)和(he)就業(ye)階段,上(shang)下班嚴(yan)格遵(zun)守(shou)兩(liang)點一線,嚴(yan)禁到人(ren)群(qun)密集(ji)處逗留,遠離傳染(ran)源,切斷傳播途徑(jing)。

線上教育,實現學生實習技能職業素養全面提升以德修身

精(jing)心(xin)收集編寫(xie)馳援武(wu)漢(han)抗擊(ji)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)畢業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)優(you)秀(xiu)事(shi)跡,在各種媒介(jie)里進行(xing)廣泛宣傳。通過(guo)讓實(shi)習(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)優(you)秀(xiu)畢業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)正能(neng)量事(shi)跡,引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)以(yi)(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)長(chang)(chang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)姐為榜樣(yang),提升愛崗敬業、勇于(yu)擔當的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)業精(jing)神(shen)(shen);通過(guo)宣傳抗疫(yi)(yi)期間(jian)醫(yi)護(hu)人(ren)員用他們(men)的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)業精(jing)神(shen)(shen)完成了“最美逆行(xing)”,增強護(hu)理(li)專業學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)不忘初心(xin)、牢記(ji)使(shi)命(ming)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)命(ming)感。根據疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)發(fa)展(zhan)不同階(jie)段的(de)(de)(de)特點和要求(qiu),循序開展(zhan)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)品德教育(yu)(yu),最終達到以(yi)(yi)德修身、立德樹人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)根本任(ren)務(wu)(wu)。以(yi)(yi)智啟真。疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)防(fang)控期間(jian)積極實(shi)施線上(shang)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)指導,通過(guo)采用京頤512護(hu)士考(kao)試(shi)(shi)教育(yu)(yu)網(wang)絡(luo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)平臺強化實(shi)習(xi)(xi)技能(neng)自(zi)主學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)、探究學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),督促學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)完成各項學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)。針(zhen)對面(mian)臨(lin)護(hu)考(kao)的(de)(de)(de)2017級實(shi)習(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),每周網(wang)上(shang)推(tui)送護(hu)考(kao)每章節重點內容(rong),每天(tian)反饋做題任(ren)務(wu)(wu)完成情(qing)(qing)況,以(yi)(yi)提升學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)護(hu)考(kao)通過(guo)率;針(zhen)對面(mian)臨(lin)就業的(de)(de)(de)2015級實(shi)習(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),一(yi)是(shi)(shi)網(wang)上(shang)指導每名學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)制作電(dian)子簡歷(li),以(yi)(yi)利于(yu)參(can)加網(wang)上(shang)招聘(pin)(pin);二是(shi)(shi)線上(shang)模擬面(mian)試(shi)(shi)場景(jing),指導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)居(ju)家(jia)練習(xi)(xi)面(mian)試(shi)(shi)技能(neng),以(yi)(yi)應對后(hou)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)期的(de)(de)(de)線下招聘(pin)(pin),提升就業能(neng)力(li);三是(shi)(shi)每周給學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)發(fa)送一(yi)份事(shi)業單位(wei)公開招聘(pin)(pin)工作人(ren)員考(kao)試(shi)(shi)真題,促使(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)及(ji)早(zao)進入應試(shi)(shi)狀(zhuang)態,提高就業質量。要求(qiu)所(suo)有實(shi)習(xi)(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)將學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)內容(rong)和心(xin)得統一(yi)記(ji)錄(lu)于(yu)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)日志上(shang),由家(jia)長(chang)(chang)督導、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)習(xi)(xi)管理(li)小組(zu)巡查、班主任(ren)監督,通過(guo)每周固定時間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)在線考(kao)試(shi)(shi)檢驗學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)效果。

以(yi)疏安心。引導實(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)正確認識疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)期間各項工作的(de)(de)(de)緊迫性(xing)、必要(yao)性(xing)和重要(yao)性(xing),可為全(quan)(quan)面打贏疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)阻擊戰提供(gong)堅實(shi)的(de)(de)(de)心理(li)保(bao)障。一是強化心理(li)健康引導。通過線(xian)上推(tui)送科學防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)的(de)(de)(de)信息及防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)措施,使(shi)全(quan)(quan)體學生(sheng)(sheng)知曉、理(li)解和配合疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)工作。二是提升(sheng)心理(li)援助(zhu)服務。結(jie)合學校心理(li)工作實(shi)際,學校心理(li)教(jiao)師和班主任全(quan)(quan)天開通援助(zhu)熱線(xian)并推(tui)送心理(li)講座;針對疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)導致的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)習(xi)時間減少(shao),科學完善實(shi)習(xi)的(de)(de)(de)考(kao)核評(ping)價方案,實(shi)行一事一議,對畢(bi)業標準中的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)習(xi)要(yao)求進行適當調(diao)整,保(bao)證實(shi)習(xi)任務順利完成(cheng),消除學生(sheng)(sheng)及家(jia)長疑(yi)慮,更(geng)好的(de)(de)(de)服務學生(sheng)(sheng)。

以(yi)訓提(ti)能。一(yi)是(shi)加強就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao),及(ji)(ji)時成立(li)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)團(tuan)隊,設立(li)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)熱線(xian)(xian)電話,通過“互聯網(wang)+”平臺(tai)與畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)建(jian)立(li)聯系,進(jin)行個性化就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)服務,指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)根據掛靠學(xue)(xue)校要求準(zhun)備畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)推薦表、畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)三方協議、靈活就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)表、畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)檔案(an)等就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)相(xiang)關材料;二(er)是(shi)以(yi)賽(sai)促(cu)提(ti)升,為督促(cu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)做好(hao)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)準(zhun)備。舉辦2020屆畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)電子簡歷比賽(sai)、網(wang)上(shang)模擬面(mian)試大賽(sai),以(yi)提(ti)升學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)競(jing)爭力。三是(shi)第一(yi)屆日(ri)語(yu)護理班已(yi)經派出了近30名(ming)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)赴日(ri)工作(zuo)(zuo),同(tong)學(xue)(xue)們過硬的(de)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)知識和較高的(de)綜合(he)素質得到了日(ri)本(ben)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位的(de)一(yi)致(zhi)好(hao)評(ping)。第二(er)屆日(ri)護班面(mian)對(dui)嚴峻的(de)疫情形勢,從2月3日(ri)起開啟網(wang)課培(pei)(pei)訓日(ri)語(yu),對(dui)授(shou)課時間、形式、內容等制定了詳細的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)計劃,教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)錄制音頻視(shi)頻講(jiang)解(jie),學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)提(ti)交書寫(xie)和語(yu)音作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye),教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)及(ji)(ji)時批改(gai)點(dian)評(ping),每(mei)天保證(zheng)5小時線(xian)(xian)上(shang)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)和2小時自主學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)崗前日(ri)語(yu)培(pei)(pei)訓效果顯著。學(xue)(xue)校多次(ci)與合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)溝通協調(diao)日(ri)方用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位靈活開展工作(zuo)(zuo),確保實習(xi)(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)面(mian)試、培(pei)(pei)訓、出國等所受(shou)影響降低到最小程度。

以聘顯效。繼上海長海醫(yi)院、上海東方(fang)醫(yi)院對我(wo)校學生進行專場招(zhao)聘之(zhi)后(hou),3月6日上午(wu),煙臺市(shi)口腔(qiang)(qiang)醫(yi)院對第(di)三屆口腔(qiang)(qiang)護(hu)理班(ban)的(de)學生進行了線(xian)上面(mian)試(shi)。面(mian)試(shi)采取(qu)網絡(luo)視頻形式,同學們(men)宅(zhai)家與(yu)面(mian)試(shi)官進行了自我(wo)介(jie)紹、專業問(wen)答(da)、綜合(he)考評及(ji)自由(you)提問(wen)四個環節的(de)“面(mian)對面(mian)”展示和交流。

線上(shang)面試拉開了學(xue)(xue)校2020年就(jiu)業季的(de)(de)帷(wei)幕,學(xue)(xue)校為(wei)提供優(you)質護理(li)崗位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)用人單位(wei)(wei)和學(xue)(xue)生搭建空中招聘平(ping)臺,將傳統的(de)(de)校園招聘會改為(wei)網上(shang)招聘,構建起(qi)“線上(shang)智(zhi)能(neng)匹(pi)配對接、線下精準高效就(jiu)業”的(de)(de)招聘服務新模式。引導2020屆未就(jiu)業的(de)(de)畢業生盡快適(shi)應當前形(xing)勢,保持(chi)積極樂觀心(xin)態,做好(hao)充(chong)分求職準備,提高就(jiu)業競爭力(li),確保順利踏上(shang)理(li)想工作崗位(wei)(wei)。
