11月7日(ri),山東省(sheng)2019年(nian)高校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生集(ji)中招聘活(huo)動暨山東青年(nian)政(zheng)治(zhi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)2019年(nian)就業(ye)雙選會(hui)(hui)召開,雙選會(hui)(hui)吸引了(le)省(sheng)內外215家用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)參(can)會(hui)(hui),現場提供工(gong)作崗位(wei)(wei)6518個,初步達成就業(ye)意向2346人。畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生的(de)專業(ye)技(ji)能和綜合素質(zhi)(zhi)得到參(can)會(hui)(hui)用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)的(de)一(yi)致好評。近年(nian)來,山東青年(nian)政(zheng)治(zhi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)始(shi)終(zhong)把促進大(da)學(xue)(xue)生充分就業(ye)擺在學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)作特別突出位(wei)(wei)置(zhi),在助推學(xue)(xue)生高質(zhi)(zhi)量就業(ye)上下足了(le)功夫,已(yi)經(jing)由一(yi)個專業(ye)設置(zhi)缺少行業(ye)依(yi)托的(de)新(xin)建普通本科高校(xiao)(xiao),轉變成畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生廣受企業(ye)行業(ye)歡(huan)迎的(de)特色應用(yong)型院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)。
順(shun)應發展要(yao)(yao)求,思想認識再提高。就業(ye)工作(zuo)是學(xue)校(xiao)“招(zhao)生、培(pei)養(yang)、就業(ye)”三(san)個環(huan)節中的重要(yao)(yao)一環(huan),是學(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)學(xue)、科研(yan)和管(guan)理水(shui)平的綜(zong)合體現,是教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)改革(ge)的“風(feng)向標(biao)”。面對新(xin)時期(qi)高等教(jiao)育(yu)全面深(shen)(shen)化改革(ge)要(yao)(yao)求,學(xue)校(xiao)上下充分認識到,作(zuo)為(wei)新(xin)建應用型本(ben)科高校(xiao),要(yao)(yao)緊盯區(qu)域經(jing)濟社會(hui)發展的需(xu)求,找準行(xing)業(ye)依托,明確定位和發展方向,完善人(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)方案,以(yi)就業(ye)為(wei)導向,全面提升人(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)質量和水(shui)平,是學(xue)校(xiao)順(shun)應高等教(jiao)育(yu)全面深(shen)(shen)化改革(ge)的戰略選擇。
健(jian)全體制(zhi)機制(zhi),大力(li)實(shi)(shi)施“一把(ba)手”工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。學(xue)(xue)校注(zhu)重加強工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)頂層設計,完善制(zhi)度建設,成(cheng)(cheng)立由校長(chang)任組長(chang)、分管(guan)校領導(dao)任副(fu)組長(chang)、相(xiang)關部(bu)(bu)門(men)負(fu)責人(ren)為(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)的(de)(de)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)創業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)領導(dao)小組;成(cheng)(cheng)立由學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)部(bu)(bu)(處)牽(qian)頭,教務處、團(tuan)委等密切配合的(de)(de)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)聯席(xi)會,分工(gong)(gong)(gong)協同,落實(shi)(shi)各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)措施。大力(li)實(shi)(shi)施就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)“一把(ba)手”工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),加強對就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)組織領導(dao),定期(qi)召開專題會議研(yan)究部(bu)(bu)署就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),形成(cheng)(cheng)了“一級抓一級,層層抓落實(shi)(shi),上下聯動,齊抓共管(guan),全員(yuan)參與”的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)體制(zhi)。建立科學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)量化考(kao)評辦法,將就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)考(kao)核納入責任崗位的(de)(de)年度及(ji)任期(qi)考(kao)核。
