今年以來,淄博市博山區就“促就業、重社保、優服務”中心任務,立足本職,積極作為,夯實民生保障基礎,聚力推進各項民生工程,為全區“一二三六”重點工作提供優質高效的支撐服務。
“零距離”優化就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)服務。今年以來(lai),該區(qu)系統開展“就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)援助月(yue)”“春風(feng)行動”“春風(feng)送暖,就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)扶貧”“淄博—名校直通車”專項招(zhao)聘服務活(huo)動。1—4月(yue)份,全(quan)區(qu)城鎮新增就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)2368人,開展就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)技能和創業(ye)(ye)培訓957人;舉(ju)辦招(zhao)聘會39場(chang),189家用工單位提供5016個(ge)崗位;發放創業(ye)(ye)擔保貸款855萬元,創業(ye)(ye)帶動就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)161人。
“全方(fang)位(wei)”推進全民參(can)(can)(can)(can)保。截至目(mu)前(qian),全區企業(ye)(ye)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)基本(ben)養(yang)老保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)參(can)(can)(can)(can)保人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)94738人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、機(ji)關事業(ye)(ye)單(dan)位(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)養(yang)老保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)參(can)(can)(can)(can)保人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)8852人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、居民基本(ben)養(yang)老保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)參(can)(can)(can)(can)保人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)121524人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)基本(ben)醫療(liao)保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)參(can)(can)(can)(can)保人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)121608人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、城鄉居民基本(ben)醫療(liao)保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)參(can)(can)(can)(can)保人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)249294人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、失業(ye)(ye)保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)參(can)(can)(can)(can)保人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)55900人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、工(gong)(gong)傷(shang)保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)參(can)(can)(can)(can)保人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)51122人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、生育保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)參(can)(can)(can)(can)保人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)37084人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。制定出臺了(le)社(she)會保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)清欠與擴(kuo)面(mian)征繳工(gong)(gong)作方(fang)案(an),成立專項工(gong)(gong)作組,完(wan)善部(bu)門聯動機(ji)制,規范企業(ye)(ye)繳費行為(wei),重點加大對(dui)企業(ye)(ye)參(can)(can)(can)(can)保繳費情況的督導和稽核力(li)度,深入企業(ye)(ye)宣傳(chuan)社(she)會保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)政策(ce),聚力(li)優化社(she)會保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)經辦服(fu)務,確保各項社(she)會保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)應保盡保、應收(shou)盡收(shou)。
“多層次”優化經辦流程(cheng)。該區采(cai)取領(ling)導班子成員(yuan)掛包指導、加強(qiang)基層業務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)培訓等方式,深入(ru)開(kai)展參保登記、保費征(zheng)繳、政策宣(xuan)傳(chuan),努(nu)力(li)(li)把人(ren)社(she)(she)系(xi)統的優質服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)送到群眾家(jia)門(men)口,有效縮短人(ren)社(she)(she)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)半徑。以“服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)基層、提(ti)高效能”為(wei)主(zhu)線(xian),實行掛牌上崗(gang),在各經辦機(ji)構實行“柜(ju)員(yuan)式”服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),探(tan)索延時(shi)工作制,開(kai)通綠色服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)通道,推行社(she)(she)保卡繳費和(he)待遇領(ling)取一卡通,開(kai)通短信提(ti)醒服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),全力(li)(li)推動人(ren)社(she)(she)信息服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)充分下延到各鎮(街道)及社(she)(she)區經辦服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構。
