職場新人在請教問題時是否要把握好尺度?

我剛工作(zuo)沒(mei)多久,在(zai)工作(zuo)中還有(you)很多的疑惑,在(zai)向(xiang)同事請教時是(shi)否要(yao)把握好尺(chi)度呢(ni)?

職場(chang)新人在工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中遇到不懂的(de)(de)問題要(yao)積極(ji)主動的(de)(de)請教同事(shi)(shi),這(zhe)是(shi)有(you)必(bi)要(yao)的(de)(de),除了做(zuo)好上司安排的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,還可以(yi)給同事(shi)(shi)做(zuo)好協助工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,但是(shi)在尺度方面(mian)也要(yao)掌握好分寸,前提是(shi)不耽誤同事(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,不了解情(qing)況的(de)(de)事(shi)(shi)情(qing)不要(yao)輕易(yi)去問,例如工(gong)(gong)(gong)資、對其他(ta)同事(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)評(ping)價(jia)等(deng)等(deng)。
