試用期內職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)可以(yi)由用人(ren)單(dan)位自(zi)行確定(ding),但是卻不(bu)能低于最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)。《關(guan)于貫徹(che)執行〈勞(lao)動法〉若干問題的(de)意(yi)見(jian)》第57條(tiao)規(gui)定(ding):勞(lao)動者與用人(ren)單(dan)位形(xing)成或(huo)建立勞(lao)動關(guan)系后(hou),試用、熟(shu)練(lian)、見(jian)習(xi)期間,在法定(ding)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作時(shi)間內提供了正常勞(lao)動,所在單(dan)位應當(dang)支付其不(bu)低于最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資。
