試用期工資是如何規定的?

我今天(tian)剛(gang)到公司工(gong)(gong)作,公司規定試用(yong)期(qi)時(shi)間為三個月,但是卻(que)沒有說明(ming)試用(yong)期(qi)工(gong)(gong)資,那么一般情(qing)況(kuang)下,試用(yong)期(qi)工(gong)(gong)資是如何規定的呢?

試用(yong)期內職工的(de)工資(zi)標(biao)準可以由用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位自行確定,但是卻不能(neng)低(di)于(yu)(yu)最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)標(biao)準。《關(guan)于(yu)(yu)貫徹執行〈勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)法(fa)(fa)〉若干問題的(de)意見》第57條規定:勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)與用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位形(xing)成(cheng)或建立勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系后(hou),試用(yong)、熟練、見習期間(jian),在法(fa)(fa)定工作時(shi)間(jian)內提(ti)供了正常勞(lao)動(dong)(dong),所在單(dan)(dan)位應(ying)當支付其不低(di)于(yu)(yu)最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)標(biao)準的(de)工資(zi)。
