在合同期內被辭退有什么補償嗎?

答(da) 在試用期(qi)中(zhong),除勞(lao)動(dong)法(fa)第三十九條和(he)第四十條第一第二項規定(ding)的情(qing)形外,用人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)不(bu)得解除勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)。如果用人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)違(wei)反以(yi)上規定(ding)終止(zhi)(zhi)勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong),按(an)補(bu)償標(biao)準(zhun)的2倍支付(fu)(fu)賠(pei)償金。如果是合同(tong)(tong)(tong)期(qi)間被(bei)辭退,經濟(ji)補(bu)償按(an)勞(lao)動(dong)者在本單(dan)(dan)位(wei)工(gong)作的年限(xian),每滿(man)一年支付(fu)(fu)一個(ge)(ge)(ge)月工(gong)資(zi)的標(biao)準(zhun)向勞(lao)動(dong)者支付(fu)(fu)。六個(ge)(ge)(ge)月以(yi)上不(bu)滿(man)一年的,按(an)一年計算;不(bu)滿(man)六個(ge)(ge)(ge)月的,向勞(lao)動(dong)者支付(fu)(fu)半個(ge)(ge)(ge)月工(gong)資(zi)的經濟(ji)補(bu)償。如果用人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)違(wei)法(fa)終止(zhi)(zhi)勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)(tong),按(an)補(bu)償標(biao)準(zhun)的2倍支付(fu)(fu)賠(pei)償金。
